Yes, when you build post with the Advanced Layout Builder you get the clean slate and need to add all the elements from the available with the Advanced Layout Builder. If you use Classic editor you get the post met added for you. This is how it has always worked.

Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

Also, could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it:

I want to try to make a test page using the shortcode and see if it happens there too.
