Yes, but any child theme has to have the style.css and the functions.php file with certain comment block on top.

It is the notification about the Layer Slider update. It is supposed to show all the time when the Layer Slider needs an update as it does now.

There is no need to worry, it will disappear when the Layer Slider updates with one of the next Enfold updates.

Thank you for those. I am not sure which sliders allow you to pick posts by id, in Enfold the selection is done mostly by type or taxonomy. So this slider can be populated by the posts based on the category, in this case, judging from the screenshots.

The Layer Slider has it’s own display options but it might be tricky to make it have the 700px height on mobile.

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?
