No, Enfold doe snot have such functionality. You might want to look for a plugin that has such a function. You can consider using Contact form 7.

Yes, the top menu is not supposed to have subitems and you can add that menu item to the normal menu for mobile maybe.

We do not have such a setting at the moment, but there is a cookie popup notice. Is it not working for you? Or is it a feature request?

Layer Slider that comes with Enfold can be used as it is and you don’t need to pay for it, unless you want to use premium features, then you need to buy the Layer Slider license.
As for the demos, they are just the blueprints that can be changed any way you need to build the website you imagined, so can just add the missing component or if you need we can add it for you.
