The code is on your website, I did not add it. I think it is in Customizer. It is there and is applied. If you remove it the checkboxes are slightly smaller. Are they not big enough to you yet?

Well, masonry is filterable and it works like that, but the lightbox picks up all loaded images and so it shows them unfiltered.
There is not really a simple way to change, it probably could be done with custom JavaScript which we cannot really provide within the scope of the support we do here.

The above code just changes the font size, does not change to the caps.

NO, it will overwrite all the content if you added any before. It works for saving the whole page template, not partial templates.

Maybe the lightbox is not sufficient for you. You might want to look for a plugin that allows zoom in significantly the large, very detailed images like drawings.
