The issues should be fixed when you disable adding the unique timestamps and no, the css and js will not be deleted, the new files will be generated instead.

It is still necessary to use a caching plugin, though.

Well, if you make the team member as a separate post and add image and the info, you can add the info in the excerpt and so the masonry, not the masonry gallery, will show the excerpt on hover.

The images used there are made to be black and white via css and their opacity is reduced. We can try to have them black and white with full opacity:

.av-tab-section-image {
    opacity: 1;
    filter: grayscale(1);
}

When you add translations to the .po file, you need to regenerate and upload the .mo file too. Did you do that? You need a plugin like Poedit to be able to do that.
