Enfold does not do any manipulation with products. Maybe it was a concurrent request issue, but then again, it’s not Enfold, it’s server/database transactions/Wordpress issue. In Enfold + WooCommerce, Enfold is just presentation, plus plugins and custom functionality you might have added.

Well, you could write your own single-portfolio.php and remove sidebar from there.

There are many ways to make the menu responsive: you can reduce paddings and margins of the list elements, you can make the font smaller, decrease the min-width of the list elements or links. Addressing just the nav might not do the job for you.

This could be one of the reasons, it might interrupt browsers rendering images and calculating the correct height of the elements. You might want to look into this.

You should really change your admin user name and password, this is very insecure!
You might want to consider updating you parent theme. Current version is Enfold 4.0.4.

Well, maybe not the top images (even though they are the heaviest), but the two with buttons on them, make them smaller, crop, and the image with two photos on transparent background, you can make two small images with the faces, instead of one big, invisible.
