Hi dvus4l,
The logo is big enough at this point, in order to make it bigger, you need to control too many elements, that constantly keep changing their height when scrolling the page and the menu shrinking. The height of to many elements is hard coded and is changed in JavaScript. Let me know what you think.

Which php are you running? Could you turn on debug into log (https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/), activate WooCommerce and try to work on that page, then send the log to us.

php7 is what you should be aiming for, many of those errors might be gone with the php upgrade.

There are some weird double quotes rendered there, they are considered by the browser to be part of the class and so some css might be not applied. (screenshot in private)
There is not enough space there to have two fields on one line. Do you really want to put them both there.Best regards,

There are errors in /wp-admin/widgets.php, in which theres is JavaScript code, that handles widgets
Which php are you running? Could you add another text widget as a test, but before that enable debug into log (https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/
