The form looks the same, only the width is different as the form adjusts to the container it is in. I don’t understand, which configuration is changing?

Where did you put the styles that are no longer applied? I don’t see any in Quick css field. Did you update the cache after the update?

Shortcodes look the same, but render differently. It’s just the matter of diplaying the overlay or not.

Normally an admin account has access to it and you have to disable it if you don’t want it to show. SO somebody on your side probably disabled that menu item. How did you add the code to the child theme? Via FTP?

I made a test page, when I just copied the code to the page the form did not show on the website, just in the dashboard, when I put the form in 1/1 element, the form appeared on the page. You can look at the test page and delete it later. So it should work like that. Which page do you need to add the form to?
