Well, credentials worked this time. To stack the elements the way you want you need to either create alternative content to show just on mobile or try to rearrange the order of the elements with the help of JavaScript. The later can make your content look jumpy.

The website did not load, but normally top level menu item is not a link, it opens the submenu on click. Or you need to add arrows like you suggested. We need to check first, please get back to us when the site is back up.

Preloaders do not preload content, they are just a pretty gifs to show your user while you website is loading. The preloader that falls under description of the Oxford dictionary is the one that is shown briefly on the blue background, before the page starts rendering – you have that. The other preloader is the one for the video. It is a normal situation for page for heavy graphics and videos, making it lighter and faster is an optimization that is not covered by our basic support. So yes, you might want to hire a freelancer to do it for you. We’ve helped you before with many basic things and will be happy to help you with more, when they are within the scope of our support.

You can add the columns like 1/3 and 2/3 and put text blocks inside. And with icons – you can use icon boxes.

That is the space for the title and breadcrumbs you have on other pages and do not have on the main page. You could add the breadcrumbs if you wanted and you will not need that padding then.
