I checked, while not logged in to WordPress. The return policy box is not there and the text for it is not there either. When I logged in, the page looks the same, not checkbox and no text. You might want to address these questions to the plugin support.

I am seeing parallax on with the section on top. What is that you need adjust more? It might not seem to produce the same effect, because your section is not full width. Or this is not a problem?
