You could copy the file archive.php to your child theme, edit it there, changing 3 to 2, but then you will have to make changes in it manually, when Enfold updates.

There are a lot of errors in console. You could disable the caching plugin and flush the cache, and regenerate it.

I checked, while not logged in to WordPress. The return policy box is not there and the text for it is not there either. When I logged in, the page looks the same, not checkbox and no text. You might want to address these questions to the plugin support.

When you make design you need to make views for different screen sizes, that way you know what you’re working towards. Even if we align the images on the sides to the top or bottom and make the h2 smaller, there’s too much text, that makes the section taller on smaller screen sizes. So you need to consider, what kind of adjustments are acceptable.
