In portfolio masonry you can show captions on hover and there is an option to have it sortable, not sure what you mean by dynamic sorting quality though. Can you explain a bit more? Have you played with our portfolio masonry?

The are too many menu items on you menu, so you can only show the text menu when the screen is biggere that 1200px. The code below does that:
