The form is rendered outside of the #wrap_all element, the classes with validation are added, but css is not applied, since the selectors are not correct.

Why are you using 2 code blocks? You can put all of it in the same block.

It is very hard to achieve, even if you do it for one screen size, the words wrap differently and on different screen sizes there can be various lines, not the same amount all the time.

It works when I add this code to the themes/enfold/css/custom.css. But you can still try to put the code
in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
