2) There is such an option to have different columns and and a title that is not the link in the mega menu.

Well, what I see now, it is the gap between the wrap_all container and the footer, and the html element has the color of burgundy, I changed it to navy for you to see. So the footer/socket do stay at the bottom. There is not much to worry about, unless your pages are going to have only a few lines of text.

You can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

Maybe the access issues are due to moderators being from different countries and some IP can be blocked by some plugin or the hosting provider.

You’re using masonry on the shop page. It does not have the option to have the “add to cart” functionality. To have that functionality you can either use product grid, or product slider, or hire a freelancer to do it for you.
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support.
