You can take the shortcodes from all the pages and put them on one page and use anchor menu to navigate through the website. To get the shortcode you need to enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Yes, it did not redirect, it showed the thank you message on the same page and the page reloaded. There is an error with the datepicker. The script uses it before it’s loaded, I guess. Can you remove the date fields from the form and test again?
