It is possible, but it will need some custom JavaScript. Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

You need to remove it.
And add this code:

The block is bigger than the space allocates, it takes simple css to adjust the height of the container and I would not call it a conflict. I would say, you just need to know some css.
