Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

No, this code will not fix the video, it will help us to see the shortcodes generated and diagnose the error better maybe. The child theme, if there were no customizations, should only have a style.css and functions.php file, and you have the whole theme in there.

I don’t know, does not look ideal to me. The thing is Google does not like images with transparent space, especially on mobile, and the logo does not seem to shrink and hard to control.
