You can use the “Save as Template” functionality

I looked at the screenshots and in this case, they are more confusing than helping.

This color section does not allow the sidebar to be higher. You can remove it and use the 1/1 element and put the same content in it.

The thing is that when the media library opens, sometimes it’s hard to see which image is which size and you end up choosing the wrong size. :)

This can be built by adding 1/5 cell, adding the icon, header, and text in it. Not sure about the connecting line though.

I am on a retina screen and I understood what you’re saying. And I am saying that image quality is not high enough for retina and that WordPress compresses images on upload unless you change the setting.

You should have a higher resolution for the logo, decrease image compression and upload the logo again

The thing is that color section goes full-width and pushes the sidebar below. You can add 1/1 element and have a background image is it, but not with parallax.
