You can click yes, the files will overwrite. You should not lose anything but it is always recommended to have a backup ready before attempting an update.

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Maybe you need a CPT where you can add the name that you want to show.

The Layer Slider that comes with Enfold is fully functional only premium features are not available. You need the license to activate Layer Slider. You need to buy it separately.
