Update: Hosting company made a workaround for me. Topic closed.
Update:
All plugins have been turned off; my cache has been cleared.
A featured image in a post works as it should but still, the portfolio featured image is giving me trouble. An error reads: “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”
Regardless, my main concern right now is getting the Gallery to work for the Portfolios.

Hi,
Nope, none of it worked, unfortunately. Like I had mentioned, the only thing that I had touched was updating the theme.
Thanks.
Also, when I select the “Post Slider” option, then the “Portfolio Entry,” images are not shown. What gives? It’s on the homepage under “Get Inspired.”
Again, after upgrading, my homepage will not load due to too many redirects. This has happened in the past; a new update released by kriesi fixed the issue. Just to clarify – my website worked prior to the update, and now, does not load. WordPress SEO is the culprit. However, I did not touch their plugin; I simply updated your theme.
Also, the update did not fix the “Add Preview Images” issue in the Portfolio section. I also just started getting errors when uploading images to WordPress.
Thanks
Also, for what it’s worth, I have tried using both Safari and Firefox.
Yes, thank you very much. We appreciate your help.

Again, this is ONLY on your theme. I have tried four others and they all work as they should.
Thanks.
Thanks, Dude! Hopefully it’ll help others as well.

I still have yet to find a solution that has worked!
I’ve searched and search and it looks like I am striking out with fixes. Any ideas? Also, here is a copy to the map page:

Thanks!

Same here.
So I tried adding items one-by-one and that seemed to have worked. When I add multiple pictures to the gallery at one time, it does not work. Is that supposed to be the case?
Also, any update on the Mega Menu?
With plugins still disabled, when I add images to create a “Gallery,” the stock photos are only showing up rather than the ones I just added. Any ideas?
Ok, so I really like the mega menu option but from what I can tell, when I had a mega menu in my selected menu, it would uncheck the “Enfold Main Menu” option by default. I’d really like to use your mega menu; any suggestions as to why this would happen even with all of my plugins disabled?
Also, I deactivated all of my plugins and all of a sudden, my menu changed. The last option on the menu automatically defaults at level one, or in other words, it cannot be a sub page. It also defaults to the mega menu. Also, the “Enfold Main Menu” option at the bottom is unchecked automatically after each time I save my page. Again, this all happens with plugins deactivated.
Help!
Thanks
Do you have a list of approved plugins? The ones I have activated are:
Askimet
bbPress
Broken Link Checker
Disqus Comment System
Really Simple Captcha
W3 Total Cache
WordPress Importer
Wordpress SEO (Yoast)Any word if SEO Smart Links works with your theme?
Also, I probably had 20-30 hours worth of work done in the theme, and I did not see a problem until it was too late. So, by disabling the plugins, I may not know right away if what happened, will happen again. Do you have any recommendations on backing up my current work; any systems that work with your theme?
Thanks
Oh, and to add to the problems, your short code button is only available in the WYSIWYG option, not the text version. However, in your theme, at least on my site, the WYSIWYG is the default option; it does not save your previous option. So, I had to turn off the WYSIWYG because it would mess up my HTML text. Total PITA (Pain in the ass). I searched the forum for this and the only thing I could find is, “that shouldn’t happen.”
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Ok, I deleted many pages of the “Dummy Data” that I knew I did not need. I did this a while ago. It turns out, that the Dummy Data reappeared on my site……Why? If it was deleted, it should not automatically reappear. Is there a way I can stop this? It’s really annoying.
Weird! I tried that and it still had the issue. Well, thanks for your help! Much appreciated.
This reply has been marked as private.I am not sure what to check in my .htaccess file; this is all there is:
# BEGIN WordPress <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule> # END WordPress
However, my Blog was working just fine. I noticed the issue when I opened a new tab to search for something. I see no redirects, at all.
I did create “/blog1” and “/traditional-blog” but deleted them, permanently. Now, my active page, with the url, “/blog” automatically goes into that cycle of “/blog1” and “/traditional-blog.”
I checked my “Blog Page” settings of the theme and they do point to “/blog;” same with WP settings.
Also, when I search http://www.philly-sales.com/blog1 and http://www.philly-sales/traditional-blog, they also go into that cycle. Even though, like I said, they were permanently deleted. If anything, they should point to a 404.
It’s pretty simple, I just did a delete as I normally would…no customizations were made. odd!
Any other thoughts?
