it happens to all the png files that I upload to the media with transparent background. When I upload them the background turns out black.

I mean the background of the images, it is happening to all PNG files with transparent backgrounds. now it is not transparent but BLACK

The server people gave this response. Mobile site still not working.

I have checked and not to worry I have checked with server admins for you and I have confirmed that there is no caching on the server.

The wordpress site has caching plugins w3-total-cache/ and also borlabs-cache/ so I request you to disable it and check

Can you please have another look thsnk
