If anyone having the same problem, here is the solution.

Upon updating, WP disabled Classic Editor plugin, just reenabled the plugin, now Advanced Layout Editor back to normal.

Since i want the form to contain 2 columns with fields, i created it, but now the second field on right side of the form is not visible.

What i concern is, I generated a button from the advance editor, than copy the code generated and pasted it into manual excerpt.

I understand that the correct html for link just like in your reply. My problem is, although the button already set to open in blank, it still open in the same window.

Is shortcode not working on manual excerpt?
