I’m only getting this issue with Chrome, not with Safari or with Firefox…
That’s awesome, thanks!
Hi again
I have solved the issue (and without your help…)
Thankfully I had at some stage last month backed up the entire website, Enfold files included, and FTPing these files back into position has restored the website.
None of your suggestions worked. I will think again before I take action to update Enfold theme in future.
Hi
This is the first thing I tried, downloading from Themeforest and FTPing the whole Enfold folder over.
I have just repeated this process. It is still not working.
Hi
No good, I am afraid.
I have changed the memory setting as advised:
In wp-sttings.php:
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );
and renamed the Plugins folder.
For the avoidance of doubt, this has happened while WordPress was performing an update to the Enfold theme, not a plugin.
Best regards
Hello and thank you
Can you explain why it is necessary to increase the allocated memory and what this has to do with the update process?
Also, rename “plugins” folder to what name?
Best regards
