Hi Ismael! That’s fixed it! :) Thanks so much for your help with this – now I can remove the “Please hit F5 if you experience display issues” label!
Thanks again!
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your message. I’ve removed the sharing section below the portfolio grid (it was coming in with JetPack > Sharing). I can see the script in functions.php, but as you say, this doesn’t seem to be fixing the problem for me. Now that the sharing section in the footer is gone, can you suggest a next step? Thanks :)
Hi again – I’m just looping back to see if we can get some kind of an ETA on the resolution to this issue. I appreciate you guys have a lot of fixes and development threads, but it’s been almost 3 months now and it looks like several new versions have been released since this issue was raised. Can someone confirm that this issue has been logged and scheduled for fixing? I’ve just upgraded to Version 4.5.7 and the problem is still there.
I use the portfolio grid extensively in my website and this really doesn’t look good – telling customers to hit F5 to fix the display issue :( Thanks a lot for reading – if you have some kind of workaround you can suggest then I’d be delighted to hear it, but getting it fixed properly would be wonderful.

March 14, 2019 at 7:55 pm in reply to: Portfolio grid display issue with Chrome and Firefox #1078832Hi Basilis – thanks for your response. Good to know it’s a genuine issue. Any news on when this might be looked at? I use these portfolio grids quite a bit and it looks pretty nasty when half the items are overlapping. Thanks again!
Apologies for jumping onto the end of this thread, but I believe I have the exact same issue (if it’s better just let me know and I’ll start a separate thread). Previews have stopped showing updates made on Pages which use the Avia Layout Builder. HOWEVER, I notice that if I set the “Title Bar Settings” to show Title, updates to the Title text are showing in the preview, even when the changes to the text inside the Avia Layout Builder entities (Text Block within a Layout Container) are not. This eliminates the question of caching doesn’t it?
In line with the preview update behaviour, I notice that if I check the Revisions, none of my changes to any items inside the ALB containers have been registered, even though the changes to the main page title text have.
I find that the changes do show up if I switch to another theme, but when I return to Enfold the old version of the page is still there. This started happening 3 days ago, I think after I updated to WordPress 5.0.3).
I am using:
-
Enfold 4.5.2.
Wordpress 5.0.3I have tried (to no effect):
-
Using a different browser (from Chrome to Firefox)
Clearing the browser cache
Disabling all plug-ins- This reply was modified 5 years, 10 months ago by tomlemes.

June 28, 2017 at 6:10 am in reply to: Staging site imported to WP 4.8 – loss of theme options. #813676Hello! I’m kind of staggered to see that my exact issue was raised just 2 days ago, but here it is! Hope you don’t mind me jumping in littlebookpress :) Only difference for me is that both live and staging sites are on 4.8.
As littlebookpress reports, none of the fields from the theme options (Frontpage Settings, Logo, Favicon, etc) have copied across to their equivalent on my staging site either. If it’s not too fiddly, I’d prefer to copy whichever config files are missing instead of doing the changes manually. Can you suggest something for me to try?
Thanks,
Tom
