Oh ok, I’ll try that, thanks Mike.
Thanks guys for the help.
Your example looks good Mike, the only catch I can see would be we would need these to work as part of a slider as well.
Can’t think of a way to incorporate a code block and a slider…?
Hey Mike,
Great idea, posted in private field.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
Tim
Hi,
Ok great thanks, I’ll try it out.

Hey Gunter,
Hope you had a good break.
Just wanted to check if this other thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/bug-cdn-use-and-fonts-loading-twice/ and your new solution might also help with this issue related to the CDN and font location?
Thanks
Hey guys,
Just wanted to check if this one was still in the roadmap? Would be a really useful ALB element addition for many sites.
Thanks for your work, 5.3 release had a LOT in it!
Can’t seem to replicate this issue again, can close this thread thanks.

Can close this thread.

November 20, 2022 at 5:38 pm in reply to: Remove self from displaying in masonry/portfolio elements #1373284Hey Gunter,
Thanks for looking into it, I was thinking it might just be a simple 1 or 2 lines of code to check postID’s or something, but you’re the expert, I’ll leave it with you.
Would be a very helpful improvement though if it can be added.
Will keep an eye on the changeling as I always do. 5.3 looks interesting!
Tim
Was just looking for this as well, glad to see it’s already been flagged.
Really hoping it’s because this is being worked on: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/switch-from-theme-images-to-svgs/ …. ?
Thanks Nikko :) Looking forward to seeing what else the devs are working on at the moment.
Ah ok, thanks for the info, much appreciated.
Hi Nikko,
Was there any feedback on this request from Gunter?
Thanks
Tim
Hi Ismael,
My developer was able to fix it, you can close this one now thank you.

Tim
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the updated suggestion. This one works, but with a catch:
It works fine for any slide that has the span element added as you suggested. However, for ANY slider on the site that doesn’t have that span element added, it returns an “undefined” and points to a URL with /undefined in it, resulting in a 404.
Can you add a check in the code to only run if there is that span element in the slider’s caption field?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply.
I just tried your suggested approach but I can’t get it to work. As soon as I add in either a shortcode or valid HTML for a button, it only allows the button to be clicked, and not the image as well.
Could you please verify that this approach should work?
Thanks
Tim
Hey Ismael,
Wow, think this is Yoast’s problem, and not yours as you say.
Would have thought Yoast was smart enough to automatically take care of that (like RankMath does) but seems not.
Thanks, can close this one up.

Tim
Hi Ismael,
Great thanks for the explanation. I look forward to trying the new version.

Tim
Hi Ismael,
That’s great, thanks for fixing that.
Tim
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply.
Looking at the other post and the plugin, am I right in thinking that plugin is only for Yoast though and not Rank Math?
In this thread I was asking more about Rank Math’s integration.
Thanks
Tim
Hi Ismael,
Sorry for the delay.
Did these changes go into production with the Rank Math implementation a release or two ago? If so, RM still can’t automatically find videos on pages, like it can with a Gutenberg video block for example.
Thanks
Tim
Hi Mike,
I can confirm that word count is not correct with the Rank Math implementation at the moment. It is definitely counting the ALB shortcodes as words.
It’s simple to test. Add or remove an ALB element, and watch the word count change. Not sure if that could be improved?
Thanks
Tim
No problem Rikard :)
Hey Rikard,
Thanks for following it up. Have a great day.
Tim
Agreed, the product page layout is now outdated, and I would love to see a few templates to choose from with different layouts. Reviews really need to be highlighted these days, not hidden away in a tab.
Look forward to seeing your example when its ready, and I hope they can implement your header builder ideas too.
All that being said, it’s very encouraging seeing all the work being done at the moment on Enfold – thanks to Gunter, Ismael, Rikard, Mike and the rest of the team! Please keep up the good work :)
Hey Thinkjarvis, I agree with your requests. I actually posted something similar a little while back, will link here in case it helps the devs to have it all together https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-focused-upgrades/ and https://kriesi.at/support/topic/switch-from-theme-images-to-svgs/
Definitely a lot of room for WooCommerce based updates to the theme. Hope its something that can be looked at soon.

Hi Nikko,
It didn’t quite work, but adding the !important tag to it did.
Thanks for pointing us in the right direction.

Hi Gunter,
Thanks for looking into it and spotting something so obvious but that we never thought of! Yes, you are 100% right, it is only on WC pages, and all other galleries/ALB elements function as expected, can’t believe we missed that.
Thanks for working on it, hope it can be in an upcoming release.
@Guenni007 thanks for trying to help as well.Hi Ismael,
Apologies for the long delay, we did test this and then completely forgot to get back to you about it.
So unfortunately it seemed like Rank Math still couldn’t pickup the video element on the page.
Also we were concerned about what seemed to be hard coded values in your code above? Would that be a manual implementation?
To be honest, it’s been a few weeks since we tested it so I’m probably not remembering everything, but hopefully you’ve been able to test it as well.
Thanks.
