Hey Gunter, sorry another little issue with the same element.
Please see example in private field.
Thanks

Hi Gunter,
Brilliant, thank you! Yep, that’s working nicely.
Thanks for figuring that out and adding it to the next release.
Will the CSS to have the play button shown on mobile that Nikko added also be added to the next release?
Regards
Tim
Hi Nikko,
Thanks for taking a look, and that CSS works well, thank you!
I just tested again on both Chrome and Safair, both logged in and logged out and I can still see the same issues with the other controls on the video. I can’t scrub along the timeline like I can in the ALB video element which is below the full width element. I also can’t click the share icon in the top right, or click on any of the related videos (I haven’t removed them).
Can you please take a 2nd look?
Thank you
Hey sorry I just updated to 5.4.1 and removed the custom css you added since it’s added in the update. But while the video controls are working, the “More videos” row of related videos that appears when the video is paused cannot be clicked on still (if you make the video full screen you can click on them, but otherwise not).
You also can’t hover and scrub along the timeline, which if you check the video below it using the normal ALB video element you can do so.
Seems there is still more bugs with the full width slider video implementation.
Can you please take a look?
Thanks.

February 14, 2023 at 4:55 pm in reply to: Lightbox swipe feature request & Gallery navigation #1397950@Alwin yes you can see it listed there already: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-upcoming-fixes/
@Gunter thank you so much for adding this so quickly! I haven’t tested it yet, will likely wait for the official release, but thanks again for acting on this request.
Any thoughts on the second request of the navigation options? I’ll paste it here again for ease of use:
Secondly, on the ALB Gallery element, it would be great to have an option for desktop to also display the navigation arrows when the “Big Image with Thumbnails below” setting is selected, meaning the user doesn’t have to hover the thumbnails to change the image (which may not be super intuitive for some users). Perhaps there could be 3 options – hover thumbs, show navigation arrows, use both hover and arrows.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks Yigit, I hope it can be considered for an upcoming release.
Have a great week.
Tim
Hey Nikko,
That’s great, thanks for finding the bug. This will be added to an upcoming release I guess?
Also, I forgot to mention a second issue with the same element:
On desktop, there is a big play button in the center of the video. But on mobile this button doesn’t appear, so the user really has no idea that this is a video.
Weirdly, using desktop Chrome or Safari in responsive design mode on a mobile setting, the button appears. But when actually using a real mobile device (iPhone 14) it doesn’t appear.
Can you please take a look?
Tim.

Hey, please see private field.
Thanks
Tim
Thanks Gunter
Oh ok, I’ll try that, thanks Mike.
Thanks guys for the help.
Your example looks good Mike, the only catch I can see would be we would need these to work as part of a slider as well.
Can’t think of a way to incorporate a code block and a slider…?
Hey Mike,
Great idea, posted in private field.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
Tim
Hi,
Ok great thanks, I’ll try it out.

Hey Gunter,
Hope you had a good break.
Just wanted to check if this other thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/bug-cdn-use-and-fonts-loading-twice/ and your new solution might also help with this issue related to the CDN and font location?
Thanks
Hey guys,
Just wanted to check if this one was still in the roadmap? Would be a really useful ALB element addition for many sites.
Thanks for your work, 5.3 release had a LOT in it!
Can’t seem to replicate this issue again, can close this thread thanks.

November 20, 2022 at 5:38 pm in reply to: Remove self from displaying in masonry/portfolio elements #1373284Hey Gunter,
Thanks for looking into it, I was thinking it might just be a simple 1 or 2 lines of code to check postID’s or something, but you’re the expert, I’ll leave it with you.
Would be a very helpful improvement though if it can be added.
Will keep an eye on the changeling as I always do. 5.3 looks interesting!
Tim
Was just looking for this as well, glad to see it’s already been flagged.
Really hoping it’s because this is being worked on: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/switch-from-theme-images-to-svgs/ …. ?
Thanks Nikko :) Looking forward to seeing what else the devs are working on at the moment.
Ah ok, thanks for the info, much appreciated.
Hi Nikko,
Was there any feedback on this request from Gunter?
Thanks
Tim
Hi Ismael,
My developer was able to fix it, you can close this one now thank you.

Tim
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the updated suggestion. This one works, but with a catch:
It works fine for any slide that has the span element added as you suggested. However, for ANY slider on the site that doesn’t have that span element added, it returns an “undefined” and points to a URL with /undefined in it, resulting in a 404.
Can you add a check in the code to only run if there is that span element in the slider’s caption field?
Thanks
Tim

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the reply.
I just tried your suggested approach but I can’t get it to work. As soon as I add in either a shortcode or valid HTML for a button, it only allows the button to be clicked, and not the image as well.
Could you please verify that this approach should work?
Thanks
Tim
