Hi Mike,
I appreciate you following up! I gave the CSS recommendation a shot, along with adding the
transition: 0s !important;
to a few other things that I thought could be causing the issue, but still am unable to have it appear without a delay.I had a web coder take a look at it and corrected them not always being visible. However, the links do not appear right away. Any thoughts? Any help would be much appreciate :)

March 31, 2020 at 7:34 pm in reply to: Enfold Privacy Policy Shows underneath other objects #1199474I did disable the plugin to troubleshoot. Reactivating now.
UPDATE: Turned it back off for troubleshooting on my end. I may just delete this app altogether and stick with Enfold’s social sharing icons if I can figure out how to add Enfold’s default social sharing icons underneath the Product options. Thread for that seen here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/social-sharing-icons-universal-footer-addition/
Hi Victoria,
Thank you :) <3
I noticed that there are black spaces above and to the side where the main nav used to be. Resulting in the logo and nav menu icon being smashed together. How would I fix that? As seen in Video Attachment here: Video Example
Apart from that, I will be able to CSS my way from here :)
THANK YOU so much, I’ve been running into this “conflict” with other people when they navigate my website :)
Hi Victoria,
You are most certainly correct. My keys were expired, but I purchased an additional 6 months. Thanks for pointing this out!
As for the shaking column. It only appears on the Firefox browser app for whatever reason. I tested it out on both Samsung Internet and Chrome; both were completely fine. Here is the css I used- perhaps it could help someone else looking for a double column. That being said, is there a better way of achieving this? I would like to know your thoughts on the matter.
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .responsive #top .av-masonry-entry { width: 50% !important; } } @media only screen and (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .av-masonry-entry { width: 33.25%; } }
As for the Landscape Orientation, how can we force the mobile navigation at that screen width?
November 9, 2018 at 9:11 pm in reply to: Error Occurred While Updating Enfold: Download Failed – Valid URL Not Provided #1031824No problem! Thanks for the nudge :)
Hi Mike,
That was it. Thanks for locating the problem and resolving the issue! This reply has been marked as private.Sure, I was hoping it would work! So as for now, I/we will use the “Always Load All Elements” option in the Performance section. If there is a fix, would it likely be rolled out with the next update?
Thanks for the follow up, Basilis!
Any thoughts on my ticket?
Hi Mike,
Thank you for the support! I tried disabling the plugins, and eventually all of the plugins, but the Rotator never worked properly. I actually figured out the conflict, however. Under the new Performance section, Disable Template Builder Elements, in the Enfold Child Theme settings, I had enabled the “Load Only Used Elements (Recommended)” in place of “Always Load All Elements”. Is there a way to still utilize this optimization option without causing this conflict?Hi Mike!
Yes, the Lightbox Linking was active.
I will certainly do that. Thanks!
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the response- it’s good to be back in contact with you all. I didn’t notice any changes in the behavior after adding the code to the functions.php file. All of my products are set up the same and you can review one, for example, at the following link:
https://kingsdesigns.com/product/suspension-bridge/Actually, as a result of abskevin’s advice, I realized that the Child Theme folder of WooCommerce (with a few custom files/overwrites contained within) must have been out of date, so I updated it, along with following Ismael’s recommendation of changing the Product Gallery to the “WooCommerce 3.0 Product Gallery” option, and it corrected the issue.
However, on my end, you must use the “WooCommerce 3.0 Product Gallery” to be able to view the Product Variation Images. Unfortunately, by choosing the “WooCommerce 3.0 Product Gallery” option, this changes the behavior of the Lightbox Modal Window of the image. The user can only utilize a hovering magnifying glass approach instead of being able to click and enlarge the image as a whole (clicking the Magnifying Icon does nothing). While I like the Magnifying Cursor Approach, is there a way to make the Magnifying Glass Icon-enlarge the image as a whole (it’s clickable but does nothing? I appreciate your time!
I agree, @greenbeansdesign :D John, my question was did the solution you gave work?
Hi, @ismael!
I never got this to work and have been keeping an eye out for other posts having similar issues. I tried using the function code as found here (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/create-a-show-all-button-in-archive-products-page/#post-711791) in my functions file, but it does not place a “Show All” button to the WooCommerce Shop page (“avia_custom_shop_page”). This is the shop page (https://kingsdesigns.com/shop/). Any thoughts?
Hi @johntorvik,
I was curious about using the arrows myself, but it just gave a Parse Error (blank screen) once the page was reloaded. Did this work for you, @greenbeansdesign?
Hi Rikard,
The CSS is still in there, let me know if you see it :D I’d be more than willing to change any amount of CSS :D
Hi Rikard, thank you for getting back to me on this! I tried the css and it seems to enlarge the image (https://kingsdesigns.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/Screen-Shot-2017-01-17-at-5.36.20-PM.png. Is there a media query to trigger the mobile versions for tablets?
Certainly, you can view this on https://kingsdesigns.com/product/upper-navua-river/ (all of my products have the same layout, so feel free to review any product). Thank you, Rikard!
Thank you guys!
Hey Basilis, thanks!
That’s what I was wondering; where are the details posted, is it in the version.txt file?
December 15, 2016 at 1:21 am in reply to: Fonts pulsing/jumping on masonry elements in safari #724705Hi Yigit, I wanted to check with you and see if you had any luck? The image hovers are still blurry for Safari users.
Will do, Nikko! Thank you again for helping the set up. You all have been most helpful :D
Do you guys provide such customizations (for a price) or do I have to use Codeable? I’d prefer to give you all more business.
Hi Nikko!
Thanks for the script! That works wonderfully for the Search Results Page, but we were curious about the live Ajax Search Results :D
Check it out in this video
Nikko! Hope you are well. Thank you again for setting this up. Andy re-opened this thread since I had an additional question for you. Andy mentioned I might need to hire a freelancer, but wanted to check with you.
So far the search ability works as it should, but noticed that it lists a lot of many products (I’ve added a scroll feature that I found on another customer’s support thread) — Is there a way to limit the search to only display 4 products at most before “View All Results” link?
Thank you, Andy!
Thanks, Andy. I will look at Codeable for any customizations! However, with this particular behavior, it is a compatibility issue between Enfold and WooCommerce.
WooCommerce mentioned that Enfold overrides a few templates, which in this case is causing the issue in question. Here is a file that’s being overridden by Enfold that they believe could be the cause for this behavior:
enfold-child-theme/woocommerce/single-product.php
Hey Andy, thank you for providing the Support Policy link! I went ahead and reviewed it again :P
No worries, I am not asking for you guys to customize this. Yigit was curious what it is I was going to do if the html inside the image Title Element worked, so I put together a few examples in photoshop of what I was going to do.
The solution you guys provided was to use html inside the image Title Element, but it ended up breaking the grid.
