There has been a critical error on this website.OK thanks for letting me know :)
Hi Isamel,
That has solved the issue for the time being. Thanks very much for your help.
However, this seems to be a bit of temporary solution / workaround, and that we might get into difficulties again unless we start using a newer version of jQuery. Is this correct?
If so, do you know when we might be able to upgrade to a newer version of jQuery that doesn’t cause issues in other areas of the site?
Hi Ismael,
Thanks very much for your reply.
Yes, it is fine if you disable the plugins while checking the site.
I have installed the plugin you mention, but I cannot figure out where I can access jQuery to set it to the legacy version.
Grateful if you could have another look.
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your reply!
I have just deactivated all our plugins and the problem still persists. I.e. in the menu editor, when I try to drag one item, a number of items from the menu get picked up at the same time.
We don’t have a development version of the site at the moment unfortunately.
I have looked through the forums and the other solutions for this issue are not helping us.
I just renewed support for a whole year to get help with this specific problem, so if you guys have any more ideas how we can fix this, I’d love to hear from you!

Many thanks for your reply. The CSS code work perfectly.
August 4, 2020 at 11:14 am in reply to: Reduce space between different lines of text in a title on a mobile device #1235080It looks like that code works perfectly! Many thanks!
August 2, 2020 at 9:10 am in reply to: Reduce space between different lines of text in a title on a mobile device #1234575Hi Rikard,
Thanks for looking into this for us!
Since submitting this ticket I changed the title of this event so it only goes over two lines now.
But the principle is the same: we want to reduce to distance between the lines of text in the title as it appears on a mobile device.
Hope this makes sense and thanks again for the help!
July 25, 2020 at 5:04 pm in reply to: Simple calendar & Enfold integration – removing 'See more details' link #1233213We figured out a solution here. You could just remove the line of whole text from the main interface of the plugin (not the settings window) and the link disappeared.
Brilliant! Thanks for your help :)
July 22, 2020 at 9:38 pm in reply to: hide header and still have access to menu via three horizontal lines #1232423Perfect! Thanks for you help!
Hi Victoria,
Thanks so much for your help with this. It worked putting the code in the Quick Css.
However, the arrow to expand the drop-down menu for ‘Meditation i Stockholm’ is now very close to the X and that could cause problems.
How can we move the whole menu down a little bit so that ‘Meditation i Stockholm’ is where ‘Retreater’ currently is?
See the screenshot below of how it currently looks.
Thanks again,
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for getting back to me on this.
On the first screenshot you attached, you can see that there is quite a big gap between the X at the top and the first menu item ‘Meditation i Stockholm’. I have that gap on my mobile (Iphone 6) as well and it is this gap I want to get rid of (https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuYdGB7). If you look on the menu on a mobile phone and then click on:
1. Meditation i Stockholm
and then
2. Veckoklasser
then you can see where I want the first item menu to be located (https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu5nd9q).It would seem to be more natural if the first menu item started at the top of the screen, just beneath the X, rather than one third down the page. I don’t see any reason why the menu should start there and it looks pretty strange to me. I think people looking at our site on a mobile device would presume it was a bug / some sort of mistake to be honest.
Is there any way we can fix this?
July 22, 2020 at 3:59 pm in reply to: hide header and still have access to menu via three horizontal lines #1232275Hi Victoria,
Thanks very much for your reply. That worked great!
However, there is one more small adjustment I would like to make. The three horizontal lines are a bit faint. I think dark grey or black would make them more visible.
How do I play around with the color of this icon?
July 20, 2020 at 9:35 pm in reply to: hide header and still have access to menu via three horizontal lines #1231875Hi!
OK, I have changed the setting for the header back to ““header is invisible and appears only once user scrolls down”.
The appearance we have now is fine for the laptop / pc. And the mock-up I attached in my previous post shows what we would like to accomplish for the mobile device,
i.e.
– no header or logo
– the image goes to the top of the page
– the menu can be accessed by three small horizontal lines in the top right corner.Let me know if this makes sense now!
Thank a lot for looking into this. It’s much appreciated :)
July 20, 2020 at 4:38 pm in reply to: hide header and still have access to menu via three horizontal lines #1231792Hi Victoria,
Thanks for your reply.
Please see the link for the mock-up below:
The mock-up is for our new homepage, viewed on a mobile device. I.e. we want the image to cover the whole page but still for the user to access the menu via the three horizontal lines in the top right.
At the same time on a pc / laptop we would like to have the following setting:
“header is invisible and appears only once user scrolls down”OK, I understand! Thanks for your reply :)
I found the answer to this question on this forum post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/latest-news-widget-reverse-order/ (Elliott’s code worked for me).
I think I have figured this out now through using color sections and grid rows.
That worked.
Many thanks!
Thanks for your reply Mike. That worked.
However, I just noticed another small problem. The sentence I want to add extends beyond the edge of the screen. For some reason the text does not wrap on to two lines.
Any idea how to solve this?
That’s great! Thank so much for your help Mike.
One more small thing. It would be good with one line of space between the text ‘when the calendar is viewed…’ and the top of the calendar. How to I add a ‘return’?
Thanks for your reply Rikard!
That’s great! Thanks very much for your reply. It’s looking good now.
One more small thing: the font size and font weight (i.e. bold, demi bold etc) of the text on all three buttons is not exactly the same.
Is it possible to accomplish this, whilst keeping one button generated with short code and two buttons with the slider settings?
Obviously this would be possible if we use short code for all three buttons, but I like the layout we currently have with one button (for our most popular course) generated by the short code above the other two courses (which are for our secondary courses) created using the slider settings.
Many thanks!
Hi,
I now have the third button, but there is a line underneath the button indicating a link. How can I remove this line so that this button matches the other two buttons? (I still want the link to work)
I found this post, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/remove-hide-underline-on-links-in-text/ but unfortunately adding this code to the quick css did not solve it and I cannot find the custom.css.
Many thanks!
Thanks! I will give this a try :)
Hi,
I have found part of the answer here:
However, I still need some help to change styling of the new button. I want all three buttons on the fullscreen slider to have the same styling, i.e. same size button and same color etc.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
