Hi Ismael,
We haven’t added any filters that would affect the product grid that I’m aware of, and I haven’t made any changes in the site recently except for updating Woocommerce. So I’m at a loss! Thanks,
Jessie @ TankerHi Ismael,
I can see the option by either clicking on Quick Edit:Visibility:Hidden or clicking into the product and on the right hand side there’s the option to hide the product. See screenshot: http://imgur.com/a/cV1rn
As far as I’m aware, all Woo products have this option. They were hiding fine until the latest Woo update, however when I contacted them they said to talk to you as they hide in the default Woo shop but not on pages using the Product Grid.Any help would be much appreciated :)
Hey Ismael,
I’ve been talking to the plugin developer but after further investigation it doesn’t JUST seem to be caused by the plugin (i.e I can get the issue to disappear with various combinations of turning certain things off).
I’m only getting the issue on pages and posts that use the Product Grid, when the element is removed the pages update fine.Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks.
August 23, 2017 at 10:41 pm in reply to: Enfold Product Grid, Product Slider, Product List Showing Hidden Products #843311I’ve been having the same issue.
Thanks Basilis, unfortunately since the issue only appears when using Enfold, Woocommerce don’t consider it their problem :( I’ll keep hassling them though.
Cheers.
Hi Victoria,
That thread is about the product slider in particular, however I tried the suggestions it made about changing theme, removing css and deactivating plugins to try to find a conflict. None of this helped me narrow it down and had no effect on my hidden products being hidden. Any ideas for where to go from here?
Cheers,
Hey Team,
Seem to being having trouble with this plugin again (Woocommerce Advanced Product Labels). This time I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_cart() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/tanker.co.nz/cathypope.co.nz/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-advanced-product-labels/libraries/wp-conditions/conditions/wpc-stock-status-condition.php on line 25When the plugin is activated it won’t let me update any pages or posts that are using the Advanced Layout Builder – seems to update fine with the Default Editor.
Hoping you guys can give me a hand – Woo said they can’t replicate the issue and it seems to be theme specific.
Thanks!
Hey Rikard,
I forgot to reply and say thanks, that worked perfect!
Hey Basilis,
Did you come up with anything on this?

June 27, 2017 at 11:24 pm in reply to: Price displaying on sale (crossed out) even if it's not! #813635Hey Victoria,
It looks fine now as I reverted Woo back to the earlier version – there’s no way I can leave it live with that issue! Which I realise makes it pretty hard for you to help. We’re looking into getting it running on a dev site for testing, but I was hoping that maybe someone else had had the same issue and that there was already a resolution :(
Cheers,
Hi Nikko,
I’m after something similar; we’ve been adding multiple ids to track different events, however we’re not sure how to add pixel code to the Woocommerce ‘thank you’ page specifically.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
TankerHey Basilis,
The plugin dev said this:
If the Enfold team can provide a filter for the product grid query, we might be able to attach our visibility filtering function to it. This is basically caused by Enfold using a non-default custom query to retrieve products which are not filtered for visibility.
Could you please forward this to the Enfold support?

Thanks! All done :)
Hey Ismael,
Apologies it’s taken me so long to give an update on this….
After downloading the simple image sizes plugin and changing the “portfolio” thumbnail size as per your instructions, regenerating etc, there hadn’t been a change, but after going into each separate product and regenerating the image one by one finally they cropped!
Thanks.
Thanks
ChrissyWe updated and it works now thanks
We updated to the latest Enfold and it’s working now thanks.
Thank you Vinay!
Haven’t deactivated any plugins ’cause it’s a live site :S

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your help, you provide great support.
I’ve installed the plugin you suggested. What about the main image on the single product page? Is this determined by “shop_single size”? Currently it says 500x500px – however they display a lot smaller than this.
Or do they show smaller than 500×500 because of they are affected by the Woocommerce shop template and the amount of space it gives you for the image and text areas? Our site is set up quite narrow so this would make sense.Cheers

Using your Advanced Layout Builder and we added the Product Grid under Plugin Additions.
It’s on all shop pages…Hi Ismael,
I mean the WooCommerce Product Grid. Yup we did that and then regenerated images. For now we have just gone and resized every first image to be a square.
February 27, 2017 at 12:44 am in reply to: White space on Safari when going back to previous page #752083Hi there
Now it seems to just be appearing on some pages. Could we get a fix for this asap?
I have the same issue. I regenned the image and it doesn’t work when I put it on a normal WooCommerce grid. We are using a different grid to display the images in the mean time. See link below for the product in particular which won’t resize.
We figured it out! There’s a setting in sidebar settings which enables a nested sidebar to appear. Boom.
Hi there
I don’t have duplicate menu widget, see screenshot below. There are three menus in there but they are all different menus. It’s only when one of those menu items is clicked that the duplicate menu appears above.
Sorry wrong link see below
