Dear Rikard,
Please refer to this entry at support of Enhanced Media Library as i’d like to engage clarifing this yourselves amongst developers. Benefit would be, to put a genious peace of software on you compatibility lists, each both of you.
In meanwhile i’ll put the credentials to the private section below, since the site is not yet online.
Thank you, Thomas
Dear support,
i entered the very same problem on a page with just one masonry gallery.
I can commit that:- I use the most current ENFOLD version
- Turning of “animation” in the gallery element does not help
- Turning of lazy loading does not help
- Turning off both does not help
- Adjusting header size (have a higher heading) in ENFOLD-settings didn’t change anything
Can you please investigate here and mention here in this thread when fixed?
Thank you, ThomasMay 19, 2021 at 9:57 am in reply to: Gallery images are not loaded with Enhanced Media Library after Update #1301161Dear Rikard,
i mentioned thís error here earlier as well.
ENFOLD does not cooperate with enhance media library.
Since it’s one of the most wide spreaded media-plugins, will you please investigate this for all your ENFOLD-users?
The description of the error stays the same, like described above.
My customer build up all the image assets along the media libraray categories and i means a kind of an impact for them to exchange the media-pluign.Thank you, Th.

this portion:If you use the Custom Font Manager and selected a custom font for both heading and body content, the theme will not have to load anything from Google and will instead use use the local font in your server.
and that the only location to setup fonts is the one as show in your image where the two most important information in your reply.
It would be great to find these in the standard documentation.Thank you, Thomas
May 4, 2021 at 9:12 am in reply to: How can I upload https://fonts.googleapis.com/css locally? #1298220Hi Ismael,
yes, i selected them.
The Open-Sans-hint in Gmap is good & helpful.
It was used by the navigation menue as well. Why, i don’t know.
The extended styles where set to font “Standard” for the navigation items.I just wanted to state that it is not obvious where ENFOLD uses which fonts by default.
So, a switch off button would be helpful, or even a statement, e.g. that only fonts are includes which are configured in … these many / which sections?Thank you, Th.

ENFOLD is a really great theme.
I used as well the custom font upload to get rid of the remotely fetched google-fonts.Then, i did recognize, that the fonts are still loaded. And would be loaded again, if some fonts are used from google.
There is a ENFOLD setting for Google Service. I suggest to have a switch there to switch Google Fonts completly off.
Thank you, Thomas
Dear Support,
we found the issue by random today.
It was not caching.
In one of the text blocks has been a Text like:This is the text containing a special >>important phrase<< which lead to an fatal parsing error
The “<” and “>” characters lead to errornous rendering which affected:
* No slider working
* Odd HTML-Closing/Opening-Tags lead to odd last content element and footer nestingWe just removed these characters and all works fine.
Please forward it to the editor-parsing-developers to fix it.,
Thank you,
ThomasFor some reason i assumed that the parent theme takes automatically in the child-stylesheet in case of ENFOLD (which would be a cool feature when it is optional in the settings).
It’s not the case.
I included the child styles and it works now.Still, the full-width- and normal slider do not work in one site.
Any new information about it?
Thank you,
Th.
Another issue with this multisite installation is:
- there are two child templates
- enfold-child-vs
- enfold-child-nws
- both carry the indentical styles.css-files
- test.natur-wildnis-schule.de merges these styles into the “merged avia style”
- test.vogelsprache.de does not – but shoul identical (you can see it when you hover a menu item: it’s not getting solid color – but stays transparent
Why do the behaviors of both child themes differ? No idea here…
(as well full-width-slider as mentioned originally)Is the approach of using enfold with two different child theme not forseen?
Can you recommend a enfold-friendly way doing this, with wich prerequisits?Thank you, Th.

Dear support, can you please provide an alternative mailaddress for the user?
I registered the user, deleted it ’cause of wrong name and get error:That username is currently reserved but may be available in a couple of days.
That email address has already been used. Please check your inbox for an activation email. It will become available in a couple of days if you do nothing.
Even a day later.
Thank you, Th.
Thank you, the information and the further link helped both in combination.
I can edit now shortcode-file portfolio.php in my child theme.
Super, SamHi Mike,
i put now the portfolio.php from folder:
/wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/
to folder:
/wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes
It does not seem to take my changes from the child theme version. Do i have to include it manually from the child theme’s function.php?
Thank you,
Sam -
