Sorry, I meant the product itself, not the shop page. When you click on the product it doesn’t load. Even when adding a new product, saving as a draft and trying to preview… the preview won’t load. The preloader just keeps spinning. The products themselves won’t load.

Hi there,

My products are now not loading. It just gets stuck on the spinning wheel. This was using the previous Enfold version. I’ve updated to 4.3 and still not working. I’ve deactivate all plugins and still not working. Cleared browser cache and unfortunately still not working.

Is there an issue with WooCommerce products not showing on the Enfold theme now as it was working fine a week ago.

Thanks Victoria. Looks like the server has come through finally and offered the update. All good now.

I’m having issues with the Auto Theme Update too. Apparently I’m running version 4.1.2 but it saying: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version!”

From everything I’ve seen here, we’re up to versions 4.2.6 or 4.2.7.

Can you please help as I need to update this website ASAP.

Thanks very much. So do you suggest clearing all transients and seeing if the Enfold auto update checker picks up on the new version?

Ive tried checking and it says there are no updates: “Theme Updates – No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)”.

I have the theme registered with a username and api key.

Hi there,

I’m having trouble now with the same thing. The feature area where I had the full width slider is now not working. It was working fine a week or two ago.
