That fixed it. Thank you anyway!
September 1, 2016 at 12:51 pm in reply to: IMPORTANT! Down arrow needs to be moved up on mobile #680668Please hold off on this. I think I found a solution. I’m going to use a smaller (i.e., height) Color Section image. The down arrow appears to display fine on the “Creative Ideas” page with a smaller height-wise image, so by changing that on the effected page, I think that will solve the issue. I will reply back when complete. Thank you.
August 29, 2016 at 6:55 pm in reply to: How do I set the background image on mobile for pages with video backgrounds? #679092As I understand you like to hide the background video on mobile device and display only the background image correct?
For mobile, correct–I would like to display a static image of my choice for the mobile background only. For desktop, I would still like the looped background video to play however. Please setup the background image and video to a color section and select the option that say’s “Hide video in mobile devices”.
If I set the background image and video to a color section, won’t that remove the video from showing on the desktop version?Thank you!

This tutorial and fix was just put together by the plugin developer. Very helpful…maybe you could adapt your own version and guide for your clients. Thank you for your help.
I tried this again, but still no luck. Again, I’m trying to have it look like this:

July 6, 2016 at 7:26 am in reply to: Best practice for giving a 3rd party developer access to your site? #657345Thank you. I searched for that plugin, but didn’t find the exact result. Is there a different name possibly? Screenshot in private content.
July 6, 2016 at 12:31 am in reply to: Best practice for giving a 3rd party developer access to your site? #657303Great, thank you!
Unfortunately, that didn’t work. I’ve made the changes you mentioned, but the width and height is still not 100% of the main container.
Perfect. Thank you!
June 13, 2016 at 1:31 am in reply to: "Coming Soon" Demo page doesn't load – blank white page #647102Thank you.
Thank you.
I was able to fix the issue by going into GoDaddy’s cPanel for web hosting, opening “MX Entry”, and changing Email Routing from “Local Mail Exchanger” to “Remote Mail Exchanger”.
I too have this issue. I use GoDaddy to host my website and email accounts. As an alternative, in the past I have used Contact Form 7, but I would like to know how to use Enfold’s Contact Form.
I added the following to my Enfold functions.php file (yes, I also changed the YOURWEBSITE to my actual website), but I just tested and am still not receiving emails:
function change_cf_from() { return "wordpress@YOURWEBSITE.com"; } add_filter('avf_form_from', 'change_cf_from', 10);
Please help! Any suggestions? Thank you.

June 12, 2016 at 5:26 pm in reply to: Warning and Fatal Error after updating to latest Enfold theme [CRITICAL!] #646967Also, I found this possible fix online, but am waiting to hear your response first if you recommend another way.
Here is what I found online:
- Log into your web server via FTP or your web host’s control panel.*
- Locate the root of your WordPress install (this is where you’ll find folders for wp-content, wp-admin, and wp-includes)
- Look for a file called .maintenance
- Delete it
- Refresh your WordPress site and sigh a giant sigh of relief that everything’s normal again.

June 12, 2016 at 5:20 pm in reply to: Warning and Fatal Error after updating to latest Enfold theme [CRITICAL!] #646964After renaming the enfold folder to enfold2, I was able to login to WP admin. However, once logged in, I changed the enfold2 folder name back to enfold and received the same error messages again. Please help! URGENT. Thank you.
Thank you. Is there someone from your team or someone you can recommend that I could pay to have that coded for me?
June 2, 2016 at 7:37 am in reply to: "Coming Soon" Demo page doesn't load – blank white page #641880Hi,
I never had any plugins activated, so that wasn’t the issue.
WordPress and Enfold are both the latest versions.
I’ve given you administrator privileges.
Thank you.

Perfect! Thank you!
@Rikard. I cleared the cache on two Android devices and was able to replicate the issue using Chrome (did not test other browsers). I also cleared the cache on two iOS devices was also able to replicate the issue using Chrome (did not test other browsers). Please review the video link I posted again to see the issue, as it can possibly be easily overlooked. To explain the issue exactly, please do the following:
1: Load a fresh page with the URL
2: Once fully loaded, “swipe/scroll” down so about 3/4 of the full screen slider image is hidden (i.e., the top 3/4 of the full screen image will now be off the viewing screen).
3: Immediately after you have swiped/scrolled down, you will notice the unwanted “jumping” issue.
@mikefmedia and @ Rikard. I believe mikefmedia is correct in identifying the problem. If you look carefully, the fullscreen slider image entirely readjusts in size (although ever so slightly, but enough to cause an unwanted jumping effect) when the URL area is hidden. Here is another actual video recording of the issue using the Enfold theme itself:

Chrome browser. I tested on another Android device and was also able to replicate the issue. It is a bit difficult to see in the video, but if you look closely, you can see that it jumps.
Thank you,
