Hello Peter
Thanks for your help. I understand the issue with the Zoomplayer, but also other Shortcodes do not work, like WordPress own js Audioplayer.
Try to add a Audiofile into the Ajax Portfolio. And check also what happens if you add 2 shortcodes, the content will bleed outside the Portfolio Area to the bottom of the page.Regards
Daniel
Hello Josue
sorry, i investigated another 2-3 Hours and i can tell you, the Ajax Portfolio has a serious problem with rendering different shortcodes, even WordPress built in ones like the AUDIO tag.
The Ajax content does also “bleed” outside the Ajax Render Frame if more then one Shortcode has been placed, you cann see this on the bottom of the page.I have set up a testpage for you / support to check and analyze this here : http://www.sonicmediadesign.com/4254-2/
Structure of the Testsite :
- Page with directly placed shortcodes on top and Ajax Portfolio Grid on the lower part.
- Abolutely identical content on the page and in the Ajax section.
- 2 Ajax Portfolio Entries, one with the same content as on the page, and one with only a default wordpress Audio inserted.
This is a serious issue for me, as my site is about 80% audio and sound portfolio.
Thanks for your support.
Regards
Daniel

Hello Josue
i’ve had contacted the Plugin Developer allready. He says, that as the plugin is working flawless on blogs and any other pages in the theme, it must be an issue with the Ajax Portfolio and not with the plugin.
Best Regards
Daniel
Dear Josue
i appreciate your support, but this is getting nowhere. I explain my issue again, and would be very thankful if we can sort it out asap as it’s business critical from my side.
1. I have a plugin called Zoomsounds which i use troughout my website. It works perfect except in the Ajax Portfolio. Working Example
2. The Ajax Portfolio renders only the raw Shortcode as seen here :
Could you please let me know, if there is a way to solve that, as the shortcode does work everywhere else.
Thanks so much for your feedback Josue.
Regards
Daniel
Hello Jsoue
well, off course i did check the shortcodes and they work flawless except in the Ajax Portfolio entry.

Hello Josue
Thankx for your reply.
Unfortunately it does not work. At least not the Shortcodes i’ve tested. Please see the screenshots with the Ajax content text field plus it’s settings, and the rendered result from that :
Hello
Somehow it does not look right, maybe it’s a problem with the rendering in the browser ?
Screenshot 1 : With your added CSS but no extra color attribute
Screenshot 2 : With you added CSS including the color attribute whiteHello
unfortunately it does not work as it should.
The color inherit sets the font color to white, but the size is fine then.
If i remove color inherit or set it to #1c476f, the size is again messed up.How could it be, that the size of the font is controled trough the “color:” attribute ?

Hello
Thanks for your answer.
It might be the same font, but not the same size or something. It did look different in previous versions. Exactly the same as the default font set in the admin panel, just bold and colored.Hello Peter
thanks for your answer.
Well, i’m happy with the slider ..it’s a fantastic one. Just as my client want’s the thumbnail navigation, i’m stuck with the issue that the thumbs do not keep in place when scaling the browser.
Thanks i’ll wait for Kriesi’s answer then.
Daniel
Hello Peter
thanks for your reply.
This is the same code you posted in another thread, but unfortunately it does not work either on iPhone or Sony Mobile devices.
We would need a solution where the thumbnails stick on the bottom of the slider no matter how the browser has been resized. It’s kinda useless as it is by now, because the thumbs will overlay the slider and if links have been set, it’s a mess to click on them.
Is there not a solution for that ? I’d say it’s rather a bug than intended to work as that !?
Thanks so much for your support Peter

Daniel
Hello
thanks for your answer. Unfortunately that does not work. With % It puts the overlay “somewhere” on the page depending on the size of your browser window. The second line of code does nothing at all, no action on scroll (resizing the header).
And most of all it does not work on mobile devices as the header there scrolls completely. (check the website, it’s online with the code in the quick css.)
If this dynamic placing underneath the header is not possible, Isn’t there just a z-index workaround to have the overlay on top of the header, but underneath the shop icon ?
Thanks for your help
Daniel
Hello there
i inserted the Quick css as mentioned (please see screenshot) but it does not change anything. Could it be that my Template does not “transfer” the quick css correct ?

sorry ismael
the links somehow go invisible when inserted trough the “link” button.
Thanks a lot Ismael, really apprechiatte your help :)
Have a great day.
This reply has been marked as private.I have checked the players with other themes, and the progress bar is working there, it must be an issue with the Browser specific CSS for the progress bar etc. in the Enfold Theme.

Hello Ismael
Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it’s not working on OSX and newest Firefox (without any add on or plugin).
It would be grat NOT not use another plugin for the audiofiles, as i checked soooo many, and non of them either worked or integrated very well into the theme.
Any other suggestion ?
Thank you so much
Daniel
Same request here. As i need a Video slider, the Layer slider is the only (built in) solution. But i would need it in other sizes than fullwidth.
Any solution ?
As there seems to be no working plugin out there yet for Audio Previews on Store items, it would be awesome to be able to preview the selling items on the shop page, instead of going into the product page itself.
Strange that there is no such thing out there yet ?
October 8, 2013 at 9:29 am in reply to: Video (Vimeo,Youtube) in Ajax Portfolio not working ? #172116Hallo
Habe nochmals verschiedenes getestet.

October 7, 2013 at 11:27 am in reply to: Video (Vimeo,Youtube) in Ajax Portfolio not working ? #171550Hallo Peter
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn :
Daniel
October 7, 2013 at 10:38 am in reply to: Video (Vimeo,Youtube) in Ajax Portfolio not working ?
Dani

October 6, 2013 at 12:05 pm in reply to: Video (Vimeo,Youtube) in Ajax Portfolio not working ? #171124Hallo Dude
