Hi,
is there any news on this?August 4, 2021 at 11:20 am in reply to: Advanced Custom Fields Shortcode in excerpt blog post #1314339Hi Ismael!
Thanks for the feedback, I have inserted the code, the shortcode is no longer displayed, but neither is the price …
With this solution, I have to make this change after every theme update, correct? Or is there a way via child theme?
It would also be very helpful if the shortcode in question would be automatically inserted into each new post, would there be a possibility for this as well? Sorry, but these questions have now arisen …
Many thanks again for your GREAT support :-)
Best regards,
SoltnerHi,
have updated to enfold 4.8.6, unfortunately the problem still exists…
Kindly regards,

SoltnerHi Rikard,
thanks for your reply.
on the german site everything is correct, on the italian site the first three posts are in italian, if you click load more then three german posts will appear – on the “attualità” page, however, i also use the masonry module and there are only italian posts shown… see screenshots in private!
have already updated enfold 4.8.4, but not wordpress 5.8 yet.

thanks for your reply!
If I reduce the browser window on the desktop computer, the background image is hidden, correct, but it still appears on my iphone XR or on other smartphones … I just can’t explain it to myself!
Cache plugins are inactive, CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression in the theme settings as well, browser cache cleared (screenshots in private) – what could be the cause here or what could I still try? Here my css code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
div#member, div#about-us, div#calendar, div#contact { background-image: none!important; }
}Thank you for your patience and help,

Hi Jordan,
the problem exists on ipad in portrait mode.
I also noticed that on the ipad in landscape mode with safari the background images are not displayed or not displayed correctly. everything is displayed correctly with google chrome, what could be the reason? Screenshots in private content.
Best regards,
SoltnerHi Victoria,

SoltnerHey Yigit!
Thanks for your reply, no problem :-)
I work on an iMac 21.5 ” and believe that the problem is with this screen size (see screenshot). The video is integrated in LayerSlider as a “slide background”, so I cannot influence the position via the LayerSlider menu. Is it possible to correct the position of the video via CSS?
Thank you for the effort,
Kind regards

SoltnerHi Ismael,
Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, without spam protection the contact form works without problems – then I will use the simple captcha …
thank you, wish you a good day :-)Regards,
SoltnerIf you would like to use the contact form (en) for test purposes, I have set the recipient address on my own.
This reply has been marked as private.Hello and good morning!
Unfortunately I have had the same problem on many websites since Enfold 4.6:
– I chose the first option at – Enfold theme options> Privacy & Cookies> Cookie Handling
– Enfold theme options> Performance and disable compressing CSS and JS files
– use a cache plugin (Comet Cache or WP Fastest Cache)Tried and tested everything possible, I noticed the following:
– the problem apparently only exists with slow internet connections (G3), with WiFi and G4 it works
– it apparently affects Google reCaptcha V3, reCaptcha V2 has at least just works with G3After many installations (> 20) affect me, I get a lot of feedback that the contact form is not working correctly, error message:
Sorry, a problem occured trying to comunicate with Google reCaptcha API. You are currently not able to submit the contact form. Please try again later – reload the page and also check your internet connection.Reload the page does not bring anything :-( Please help, because if you deactivate Google recaptcha the spam emails are unbearable for some installations!
Thank you,
Regards, SoltnerHi Brigitte,
try to disable >CSS file merging and compression in Theme settings >Performance and >Delete old CSS and JS files?
then clear all cookies and cache from browser (also from the cache-plugin you should use one) and the Google Fonts load… sorry for my bad english :-)Regards,
SoltnerHi,
i have the same problem with different sites, you must reload the page a second time to load the Google Fonts – hopefully this error will be fixed in the next update.Regards,
Soltner -
