I figured out why.
I had the offset too low at 10% so it wasn’t kicking in.
So when i changed to 30% it worked.Kindest

It seems to only work for me with header hidden until scrolling is set.
It’d be great if you could investigate further, i’ve provided login details belownote the javascript is added to the plugin ‘snippets’
rather than in the functions.php file as I find this useful.Kindest

Exactly what i needed thank you.However it currently just works when i have the header invisible until the user scrolls.
On another page / post where the header is visible and sticky it doesn’t seem to hide
when it hits the trigger point.Would you know of a workaround?
I’ve also tried to add a custom ID to the footer colour section
and then added some custom css

z-index:600!important;
}Adding this code to disable the new WordPress 5 editor:
add_filter(‘use_block_editor_for_post’, ‘__return_false’, 5);
to the themes functions.php fixed it for me.

Instead i want to add the excerpt to a default portfolio category view.Please reread my initial message again.

If i wanted to create a page like this

– Then the header height of 90% so the user can just see the menu below but none of the main content.Is there another way you would create this layout?
The custom pixel value is good but max is 300px
A future version might include a percentage option maybe?Let me know what you think.
thanks in advanceSorry I’ve fixed this now. I had to reorder the portfolio items
and move the one with the shortest name to the end.. It seems that if one person
has a short name where the ‘portfolio title’ appears on one line, then the line breaksvery strange.

I only had one plugin active. Deactivated this and it didn’t work.
Yes i can give you permission to view / change plugins.I had made no theme customisations.
I have also tried a fresh install of the theme

Im uploading an image that’s 312kB locally,
once uploaded it’s 305 kB… site is for a very sharp eyed photographer

Im trying to change the ratio for the images that are displaying in a masonry showing my portfolio items. The featured images are cropped.
I found this piece of code that does what I want:
.av-fixed-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry-sizer {
padding-bottom: 66%;
}In that it resizes images to close to 16:9
however this css doesnt work for portfolio items that are tagged
portrait, or landscape or both.Ideally i’d like all the image to have a 16:9 ratio as it’s mostly stills of videos we’ll be displaying.

but the padding affects this too.. ideally a white box centered with a

Another correction, sorry It didnt work for this product page.
I had a plugin installed called ‘WooCommerce RRP’ which can add
text before products on single product pages.. this also added the text
to the ‘related products’ you see above.
