I tried the jQuery plugin already with the version to 1.12.4 and it had zero effect

Like these other people, the Burger Menu on Mobile comes up with a grey field – nothing in it and an “X” to close the menu. No content. I have tried some of things above, there is a bug I think in your latest version update. This did not happen before Enfold Theme was updated. I tried the Migrate Plugin as suggested it made no difference.
I have also selected do not create a clone under Enfold>Main Menu> Burger/Mobile Menu- made no difference either.i also just found this on wordpress cause someone else was getting the same issue-

Patch defines WP_CONTENT_DIR at the start of setup-config.php along with the others. That should fix it.
Only problem with that, Is that to install, it means *must* use mysql/default database.however not sure how to fix this because i can’t find the code they are talking about I found this :

Just open the page or post and click update to the right and you will see what happens. See private content Also ck the previous thread I sent you it has the error log on it, the site was just migrated so the dates of errors are not current however they were sent to you before the site was migrated.
So please use the original thread for up to date error log info
