Here is where the codeblock is placed http://cloud.sparkchart.com/457fafb24336
This is what it looks like when logged in and viewing the page http://cloud.sparkchart.com/94598c6d6023
And here is how it appears when not logged in http://cloud.sparkchart.com/9bc511d12228
Hopefully that clarifies our issue.
Thanks, Mark
March 10, 2019 at 1:09 am in reply to: Codeblock content suddenly appearing below the footer (but OK when logged in) #1076862Hi Basilis. Thanks but I am a little confused. Are you saying that we cannot use a codeblock Content Element in a page Layout Element? Or are you saying that the code provided by Zapier will not work?
We have added the codeblock inside a half page element toward the top of the page. We want the codeblock to appear where we placed it. Not below the footer.
When logged into the page with WordPress and previewing the content is showing in the correct location on the page (not below the footer).

February 7, 2019 at 4:20 am in reply to: An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed: Forbidden #1063800As a further update, the theme update is still failing for 20+ sites. However, I tried on two sites to update the theme by downloading the installable zip file from Envato and using Update Theme and Plugins from Zip plugin as recommended at an earlier date when Envato changed from API to Tokens. On both sites under Updates I am now seeing the following message:
Enfold
You have version 4.5.3 installed. Update to 4.5.3.Help please.
February 6, 2019 at 12:41 pm in reply to: An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed: Forbidden #1063584Hi Rikard. I have 20+ sites all running 4.5.2 and every one of them has a valid Envato Token. When trying to update to 4.5.3 every one of them also gives “An error occurred while updating Enfold: Download failed. Forbidden” message like the attached private content when trying to update:
Thanks Mike. I have created a Layerslider for now and that is working. I also deactivated every plugin but still had the error with the Full Screen Slider.
Anyway, thanks for the interim solution.
I am very shortly going to launch an identical site for another school so I will see what happens with that site and Edge.

June 6, 2018 at 2:39 am in reply to: Error: fatal error message – wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 574 #967587Hi Rikard. I have made those changes and the website is back. Thanks for your help.
June 5, 2018 at 10:17 am in reply to: Error: fatal error message – wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 574 #967105Thanks Rikard. I just need to clarify the steps before proceeding becaus I am not a developer.
I cannot log into WordPress at all or get to the site at present. So, do you want me to 1) ftp and delete the theme folder then 2) download the latest installable zip folder, 3) Extract the folder and then 4) upload the new Enfolder via ftp to the Themes folder.
I just need to check because I don’t want to mess this up. And I assume I won’t lose any settings?
Hi Nikko. Thanks for your help. That has worked. Much appreciated. Regards, Mark
I have the latest Enfold Theme 4.0.4 on all the websites. Yet I still have the issue. In the Layerslider menu area I see this message.
An update is available for LayerSlider WP!
You have version 6.2.0. The latest version is 6.2.2.
New releases contain new features, bug fixes and various improvements across the entire plugin. Set up auto-updates to upgrade to this new version, or request it from the author of your theme if you’ve received LayerSlider from them.
Thanks , MarkI have the same problem on about 45 Enfold sites. * The Plugin “” needs an upgrade ( -> 6.2.2). Update includes security-related fixes. http://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-wp-the-wordpress-parallax-slider/1362246/changelog. Plugins and Updates are showing 1 update needed but nothing shows as needing an update. However, layerslider shows an update is available. One website with the issue is http://www.sparkchart.com if you need that. Thanks, Mark
March 8, 2017 at 10:08 am in reply to: Video elements not working following WordPress Upgrade 4.7.3 #757641Hi Rickard. I have tested further and I can use the “watch?” code and add ?rel=0 to the end and it works. “embed” and “?rel=0” does not work anymore. It was working only a couple of days ago without problem. Anyway, that means I have to go through all the pages that use videos on our website and change the code for every page. I will start doing that but I would appreciate your views on the cause of the problem. Thanks.
MarkMarch 8, 2017 at 7:07 am in reply to: Video elements not working following WordPress Upgrade 4.7.3 #757513Hi Rickard
Thanks for your response. Yes, that format does work. However we don’t want the Youtube videos distracting at the end of the video playing. Hence, the ?rel=0 at the end. This code has been working without a problem for 6 months. I also tested the link with?rel=0 directly into a browser and that brings up the video. I don’t understand why it has suddenly stopped working. No plugins have been added. just the regualr updates and in particular the recent WordPress update. Login details are attached.
Mark
March 8, 2017 at 6:39 am in reply to: Video elements not working following WordPress Upgrade 4.7.3 #757494Oh, and I would prefer to use the ?rel=0 so that other youtube videos don’t come up at the end.
