When I’m using Template Editor. Why the front post is not showing the meta elements such us default iamge, author and date?

DavidHi, I’m trying to save a post as a template by using Avia Template Editor. The page shows an error message saying there is no element to be saved. How could we solve it?
I’m using both Lastest version of WP and Enfold template.

Yes, sorry. the hosting provider is blocking non spanish speakers IP for admin purposes.
Would you provide me your IP & country so I whitelist your IP please? Which country you are connecting from?

Thanks for your reply. There you have full details to gain access to the admin page and the errors online.
Note:
If I keep the article as a draft there’s no errors shown when viewing the article logged in. If a publish the article the errors come up at the same time.

I’ve deactivated plugins, and deactivated child theme, updated PHP version to 7.2 and problem persists:
horizontal gallery, tabs, top admin bar, and footer are not working .

– Is there some way to pass one the icons as plain HTML code on includes/helper-main-menu.php)?
– Is there some way to load The social icons by encoding them through BASE64 function on includes/helper-main-menu.php)? ?
I’ve got a BASE 64 function created on functions.php to encode images like this: <?php base64_encode_image (‘/URL.png’,’png’); ?>
– How could I load as a plain code the Logo, the standar logo as plain HTML code on includes/helper-main-menu.php)?

I’d like that data-av_icon=”” shows the plain code for the icon
Please note that icons are showing undefined/ html codes on data-av_icon=””

I’ve got another question the resulting HTML code, on the social networks menu is showing an undefined code on: data-av_icon=””
I’d like it shows the complete code for the data-av_icon=”WHATSOEVER”

I have another trouble, after created a child theme enfold-child, I cannot preview the child theme as I’m getting a white screen.
I’ve downloaded the pre-built child theme available on http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
Could I change the child’s name as well?
