April 17, 2020 at 3:25 pm in reply to: Webmaster changed – new registration with „old“ purchase code #1204729
Hi Rikard!
Thank you for this suggestion. This will help me out. So I tried to register with another Enfold purchase code. This would work, but I’d have to change my username and my email address.
Could you please edit user and email of my current account. After that I will register again with the same user and email address that I use now. Is this possible this way?
Thanks a lot in advance and sorry for this!
Best regards
ThomasApril 13, 2020 at 8:27 pm in reply to: Webmaster changed – new registration with „old“ purchase code #1203341Hey Rikard!
Thx for your reply. So I checked if I can register with the purchase code, but the one associated with the website to be handed over is in use. This is because the Enfold theme on this website was the first one that I purchased. So is there a way for you to connect/exchange one of my other purchase codes with my (this) account of mine?
The reason is quite simple. I’ve been the webmaster of this organisation for around eight years. The Enfold theme used here is actually owned by this organisation and a new webmaster is taking over. But I use Enfold on another two projects that are more or less private. So what is your suggestion to me to solve this problem? I don’t really think it would be elegant to ask the organisation to delete the original purchase code and me giving them one of my other two codes. Also I would have to get this solved with the Envato API keys somehow, as the one used on this website is connected to exact this purchase code – at least I guess that.So I hope you understand my situation and can give me further advise what would be the best way to solve this. If you need more informations please let me know.
Best regards
ThomasIch habe heute das gleiche Problem festgestellt. Vermutlich war das auch bei mir seit dem Update auf 4.5. Vielen Dank für die Lösung!

March 6, 2017 at 11:06 am in reply to: Disabled Lightbox on one page lead to blog posts not showing in slider & masonry #756300Hi Ismael!
Thanks a lot for this code! It works fine on that specific page. I’ve got 2 more questions based on this:
1. How do I set this for a second page? Would this be “if(is_page(13,14))”? I guess NO…
EDIT: Just found the solution for this:
if( is_page( array( 13, 14) ) )
Thanks a lot @Guenni0072. What about the header.php now? Can I delete it now in the Enfold Child folder?
EDIT: Also deleted the header.php and it works fine!
Thanks a lot!

March 3, 2017 at 10:53 am in reply to: Disabled Lightbox on one page lead to blog posts not showing in slider & masonry #754956Hi Ismael!
I know, that the new loaded items use the CFF Lightbox – that’s what I wrote. But I want to disable the Enfold Lightbox completely on this page! I don’t know why it’s still loading although I edited the header.php.
So maybe you can help me out DISABLING the ENFOLD-Lightbox on this page (ID=5519). And what code would I have to use if I wanted to disable the default lightbox on a second page?
Thanks!
Cheers,
ThomasHi Vinay!
Thanks for the solution. I’m still searching a nice plugin to display FB events in the sidebar, so the FB page plugin was only the best way to do this till now. I’m using the default FB code from https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin. So this maybe called a “third-party-plugin” but this is more or less the code that all FB plugins are based on.
But your workaround seems to do the job, so thank you for this!
Best regards,
ThomasHi Ismael!
Thx for your reply, but I use the FB page plugin to display events. So the Enfold widget isn’t an alternative for me. Also this doesn’t explain, why the FB code stopped working after the last update…

ThomasFebruary 25, 2017 at 11:49 am in reply to: Disabled Lightbox on one page lead to blog posts not showing in slider & masonry #751752What I found out is, that when I click on ‘load more’ (Custom Facebook Feed) the new items don’t use the Enfold lightbox. But the initially loaded recent FB timeline items still have it…

Hi Guenni007!Thanks for your tips! On the one website it worked fine with editing the avia.js, so I didn’t touch it for now. On another website I also need to deactivate the default lightbox for using Custom FB Feed. I now tried the trick with the header.php, but I guess I’ve got tomatoes on my eyes… I still have the default lightbox loading. :-(
Please have a look over there what is going wrong. This is what I put into the header.php:
$av_lightbox = avia_get_option('lightbox_active') != "disabled" && !is_page(5519) ? 'av-default-lightbox' : 'av-custom-lightbox';
Thanks a lot!!!

I found the problem! I now added the code in line 926 of the avia.js and it works. Before I had it in line 331 – so my fault. Sorry for that!

In the enfold-child/js folder there are 2 avia.js files. The avia.js.BAK is the earlier one without the lightbox exclusion.

Sure! I also found out, thatt ALL photos aren’t displayed anmore – only this page (in private content) is working properly according to the change in the avia.js.

Hi support!
I used hte code to exclude one page where I’m using the Custom Facebook Feed plugin to display videos, that open in their own lightbox. Worked fine, but then I found out, that the blog entries are not showing up anymore.
I use the Blog-Slider on the Frontpage and the Blog-Masonry on the blogpage. I only added the page-id in the avia.js as described. Have you got an idea why there’s now a problem with the blog entries?
Cheers,
ThomasHi Ismael!
Thanks for your reply, although this means I would have to choose another theme or I’d have to wait till this additional blog-style would be implemented in Enfold. Am I the only one ever requested this layout? And is there at least a small chance that this could be implemented into a future update? Otherwise I’m really lost…
This customer somehow wants this – and I would like to stick with Enfold, cause the rest of the demo looks great in his eyes. I know – this isn’t your challenge!
Best regards,
TomHey Rikard!
I cannot give you a link right now, as I only started this project yesterday on my home server, but I built 2 other pages with Enfold. I could give you a link to one of them. I need to present a demo on Monday. And one major thing is the outlook of the blog, which should be showing the date in the way the Brightbox theme does.
I’m really used to work with Enfold and I love it, but I’m not a programmer and for each modification I need to do a web search to find the the code that solves my problem.
What I can do is give you the login details to another page I created with Enfold and set up a blog page. Examples of themes that look like the clients idea besides Brightbox are also the following:
http://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/basic/blog/
Maybe I’m not the only one who would like to have this additional blog style.
Thanks a lot and best regards,

Thanks for the support! I’m really sorry that I didn’t check this before, but in the end it was a premium plugin that only provides a one year license, which caused the problem… It was Custom Facebook Feed Pro. Unfortunately I never got a notice, that this would happen…
Thanks so much – I learned quite a lot now ;-)

ThomasSeptember 13, 2015 at 2:25 pm in reply to: Smartphone-Menü bzw. Responsive-Menü – parent>submenu #502306Ich habe nun eine andere Seite mit Enfold getestet. Dort ist das Problem andersherum: Ich klicke auf den Parent-Eintrag, die Submenu-Einträge erscheinen darunter. So weit, so gut.
Vielen Dank! Gruß,
