Hi Rickard
Ok, I’ll check the wishlist member plugin for more info, thanks.
Re the 500 errrors. This is what I get when I’m doing some updating of a page. Doesn’t happen every time, but I’ve just recreated it now. I can be updating any page, and it goes to this message, which is temporary, I can “go back”, but then I’ve lost whatever I was updating.Any suggestions?
Error 500 – Internal Server Error
An error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance. In case you need to have a look at the site, the log in details are below.
I also get a huge amount of 500 errors, any time I’m updating. Any suggestions as to what I can do?
Thanks

Thanks, yes I purchased the theme, and it automatically connected with my account, and so “knew” there was an update.
So I’ve updated it, and waiting to hear back from the two members who had the issue (dorp down menu not showing), since I couldn’t replicate the issue they were having.
Fingers crossed.
Thanks
SiobhanJune 8, 2021 at 1:50 pm in reply to: Drop down menu not showing for SOME logged in members and other issues #1304639So if I purchase the Enfold Theme again, do I have to do anything specific with the child version. The Enfold theme isn’t activated on my website, just the child one.

That’ll be it. A web designer purchased the account. I’ve no idea if I ever got the details of that.
I guess I just need to re-purchase the theme.

May 31, 2021 at 5:00 pm in reply to: Drop down menu not showing for SOME logged in members and other issues #1303231Thanks Rikard or Yigit
I’ve generated an Envato token, and all that seems to connect ok.
I’ve tried in all the places I can look to update. But it says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.7.6.4)” – but you say 4.8.2 is the latest.
I’ve downloaded the Envato Market plugin too, and put the token in there too, and it’s all connected ok but it’s still showing there’s no update.
The Enfold theme isn’t activated, only the Enfold Child theme.Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks
SiobhanMay 24, 2021 at 4:09 pm in reply to: Drop down menu not showing for SOME logged in members and other issues #1302044Thanks Yigit for the help and making a few of the changes.
Question – I went looking to see how to get the latest version, but I cannot locate it. – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ –
Also, when I go into my site, and check core-updates, it says everything is up to date?
On further searching, it appears I need an Envato private token? I’m not sure what or where I might find this? Any suggestions? You say, “I see that you have modified helper-main-menu.php file on your child theme to display different menus for logged in and logged out users. If that is the only modification you made on the file” – I don’t know. I had a web developer create the website. He is no longer accessible.
2- Those sections were hardcoded in footer.php file on your child theme. I went to Appearance > Editor and removed it from Footer.php file. If that was the only modification you made on footer.php file, please delete footer.php file from your child theme as well. Again, developer did this. Is it OK to just leave as is?
Hi Victoria
It was happening on ALL pages. But you’d have to switch it on when you go in.
I’d switched it off, too annoying. Thanks for checking Rikard
It must be a wifi issue perhaps, though I’m on fibre.
I usually use firefox, but I did log in using chrome and they worked fine.
Thanks
SiobhanThanks Rikard
Sorry for delay in responding.
You’ll have to log in first, details below.
https://kinesiologyzone.com/marek-meridians/ – the last 4 on this page don’t play. After some time, it says “Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found” but they’re all in the same AmazonS3 folder as the other videos, with the same set up. And if you take the url link and put into a browser you’ll see that they work. Just not within the video player, which is odd.
I tried changing the video to “always load” rather than lazy load, but doesn’t seem to make a difference
Any insights as to fix would be great. Or if in fact you get the same issues as I am. Maybe it’s just a loading / wifi issue??
Thanks
SiobhanThis reply has been marked as private. Thanks Mike.
yes I noticed the burger menu started working again the other day. I didn’t do anything, and yes the jQuery app had to be deactivated because it was causing issues when updating the website with changes I was making.
I must have had 3 optimising apps, as I turned off one before. I’ll turn off autoptimize now and see if that makes a difference.
It did – it turned off the burger menu, messed with a tabbed table I have, and made the site load very slow.
I’ve reactivated it.
Thanks for doing the other things.
I am unaware of the “Uncaught ReferenceError” that you refer to.
I do get a “failed to load plugin” error when updating pages. Seems to be associated with WishList but I’m not sure which one, and it doesn’t seem to make a difference to anything.Hi Yigit
Yes, the website is very slow – and even slower with the jQuery Migrate Helper, so had to deactivate again as I couldn’t edit/update pages with it activated.
When I reactivate the jQuery the mobile burger menu that was fixed, isn’t working again.
Some videos are playing but some aren’t. On one page, half are playing and the other half aren’t, yet set up exactly the same way? Any ideas as to what I’m doing wrong? Link to an example in private content, but it’s affecting lots of pages. So I deactivated W3 – but made the website very slow to load – checked on another laptop (not logged in).
Deactivated WP-Optimise instead, and made the website slower but not as slow as W3.
If I only keep one, should I upgrade to premium W3 Total Cache? It’s like fix one issue, but another pops up.
Thanks for all your help Yigit
Regards
SiobhanHi Yigit
Yes, the blog post page I fixed.
But it’s this page https://kinesiologyzone.com/the-health-show/ which is a page that pulls certain blog posts on the page.
All the blog posts that have “the health show” as a tag. Was working before, but stopped a while ago.
When I’m logged in as admin, it shows everything. That’s why I missed it for a while.
However, when logged out, it just brings up “sorry, no posts matched your criteria” .
It’s like a 2nd blog page (and maybe that’s the issue – you can only point your blog to one page).
But it did work before.
Thanks for checking Yigit
Best wishes
SiobhanThank you so much Yigit, that is fab, so appreciate the support.
I’ve read the post and will see what I can do. My web designer purchased the theme I believe, but we’re no longer in contact.
So I’ll see about getting the personal token sorted. Also my blog wasn’t loading for ages, but I did get that sorted a few weeks ago.
However, I have another page that’s supposed to pull certain blog posts with the same tag onto another page, but it’s saying “sorry, no posts matched your criteria” which was the same issue the blog post page had been having – that I fixed.
https://kinesiologyzone.com/blog
https://kinesiologyzone.com/the-health-show/ –Am I better starting a new thread for this?
Thanks so much Yigit, much appreciated on the theme update.
Kind regards
SiobhanThank you so much for checking. On the website it says that Enfold 4.2 is up to date, that I am running the latest version. For future, how would I find out if it’s not actually up to date.. Version 4.7.6.4 suggests there have been a few updates since Enfold was installed on my website.
Thank you for the offer to install the updated version.
FTP info in private content, thanks.
I hope it’s correct.
Does Enfold Child need updated too, or is that covered by Enfold?
ThanksJanuary 25, 2021 at 5:48 pm in reply to: Enfold (4.6.3.1) Burger menu NOT working on mobile #1275309Ok that plugin messed up all my videos. So I’ve deactivated it.
How long is it before the theme is updated? Somewhere I saw a few more days…..?January 25, 2021 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Enfold (4.6.3.1) Burger menu NOT working on mobile #1275292Hi Rikard
Thanks for your advice. So I’ve downloaded the plugin. JQuery seems already set to Legacy 1.12.4-wp. It has flagged a number of issues to some plugins, but nothing in the theme.
It suggests I don’t have to do anything, and I haven’t except install the jquery plugin, but problem still exists.
Is there some setting I have to change in the theme – I’m using enfold child?
I’m not a developer, just trying to get my website functioning properly. Thanks
SiobhanYep me too. In the end i just decided to remove my images – they were all above the fold, and taking up too much space. But it would be great to be able to show images again in the future. These images had been on the site for like 2 years, and just one day they disappeared from view.
January 24, 2021 at 7:12 pm in reply to: Enfold (4.6.3.1) Burger menu NOT working on mobile #1275119I have this problem too. The 3 lines do nothing in mobile view. No drop down, unable to click to any other pages. This is quite a serious issue no? Who wants website visitors to only see the home page.
