    I have disabled WordFence.

I followed the steps and have installed the latest version 4.5.7 of the theme. I still can not through my CMS edit anything in the layout editor.

Also how do I go about getting a valid private token?

Where do I need to go to download the latest version of the theme to install via FTP?

Also if you can provide some instructions on how to do the install via FTP that would be helpful.

    Thank you,

Thank you for the additional suggestion. I deactivated them, but the layout editor still is not working, nor does it display the content that is currently on our website. I have also noticed that, since the issue began, the layout editor looks more like Gutenberg than the Classic editor. I cannot find an option in our settings to select the Classic editor layout (and disable Gutenberg).

Thank you for sharing a screen shot of the JavaScript errors. I deleted the plugin, but I see that the Google Map API key is still on the list of errors. I did try inputting an API key when I installed the plugin, but I think that was in the settings of the plugin. I could be remembering that incorrectly – perhaps it was under a different setting of our CMS. Is there a way for me to confirm that the API key has been removed? If I did not set up the API key correctly, could that cause the layout editor issues and JavaScript errors?

Thank you for looking into the issue we are having with the blank pages on our website. I deleted the plugin from our website, but that did not resolve the issue of blank pages.

Sorry about that. Please try this combination instead.

    I have temporarily disabled Wordfence.

Not sure. It looks like re-creating the slider is going to be the best fix. I’ve already created a new slider and added a couple slides and it’s saving correctly and working. We only have 5 or 6 slides, so it shouldn’t be that big a deal for the media person to take care of it. This could just be a fluke from when the hosting co. moved to the new server.

changing these permission didn’t help. The sample sliders still save correctly, but not our live slider.

Also, when I save one of the sample sliders, it saves correctly with no error.

The whole folder (and subfolders/files) needs to be writable/777?

in reply to: Enfold-Layerslider Stopped working #718447

This all worked fine when I initially installed a year ago, however the hosting company DID move to a new server right about the same time this happened.

I changed permissions for the “Dynamic_avia” folder to 777, but I don’t see a layerslder (layerslider??) folder in the Uploads folder. Do I need to make such a folder??
