Have you tried using the Transparent & Glassy Header instead?

You can also try choosing the No Transparency option, then putting this code in Quick CSS: 

.header_bg{
background: rgba(255,255,255,0.8) !important;
}

Perhaps you would like to try the Tab Section? http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/tab-section/

This works best if your content in each tab is of the same height. If they are not the same height/length, there is an option for the tab section to adjust according to the content, as long as your content is not inside Columns. :)

Please try using this CSS selector instead:

#wireless.av-layout-grid-container .avia-builder-el-last

The div with the ID wireless is also the div with the class av-layout-grid-container so there should be no space between the selectors.
