The update feature on the plugin indicates that I can only get updates and update notifications if I purchased the slider from Codecanyon (you need a confirmation code). It says that if the slider was bundled with the theme, to go to the theme developers to get updates and notifications of updates. I’m running version 5.5.0 of the plugin and the latest version is 5.6.2. Do I need to purchase the slider from Codecanyon to get the updates and notifications? That’s what it looks like from the plugin update section. Thanks.
I’m having the same problem. My layer slider doesn’t appear at all on Chrome, just white space. I just installed the theme yesterday so it’s up to date; Chrome is Version 46.0.2490.71. It works fine on Safari and Firefox.
I’m running Enfold 2.3.1 and WP 4.1. Can I upgrade that many levels of Enfold now? I customized the CSS, so I don’t want to lose all that work.

I can select only the transition I want from the list, but when I click on the red button with the x on that page I lose my selection when I get to the main slider setup page. My plugins are all disabled.
