StantonFebruary 26, 2019 at 3:28 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder missing on all new page builds #1071601Thanks, I checked out the link you shared on the Envato tokens and logged in to check the token details. They appear to match up.
I haven’t customized the Enfold theme much yet so if we need to hit a reset button I can do that, I’ll trust your expertise and direction.
I did think maybe I could try downloading the theme again from envato downloads and reinstalling the zip file, but having you check it out first would be the less invasive and more logical, so again thank you kindly for your help!

February 21, 2019 at 1:33 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder missing on all new page builds #1069754@Rikard or any awesome Kriesi ppls – the avia layout builder does not show on any new pages or posts, and only on some of the existing imported enfold theme demo pages.
Also I’m getting the following error (in wordpress admin>enfold theme options menu>theme update) when trying to manually check for enfold theme updates:
Errors occured checking on 2019/02/20 23:20:
Download Package URL: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– response_code: 403
– reason: scope-missingI’d greatly appreciate any help, I included temp admin login credentials in private msg below if anyone can hop in and save the day. Thank you for your help!!
Rikard,
Thank you – kind of strange the previous screenshot was actually grabbed using google chrome browser/incognito.I double-checked again before replying to your message and it appears to have refreshed on desktop and looks better but is still the same on mobile (it may just need some time to update and I’ll check again tomorrow).
However, the main menu page nav at the top – Home | Reviews | About | Etc… aside from the home page, when the others are clicked, they load with /#. and a letter/number combination at the end of the url, ie. http://thegiftian.com/gift-blog/#.WZI8U3eGNE4
On the About Page for example I don’t have any page anchors and the link url is now http://thegiftian.com/about/#.WZI_OHeGNE4
same for posts http://thegiftian.com/treblab-xr500-review/#.WZI_4XeGNE4
Would you by any chance be able to advise how to eliminate the last section /#.WZI_OHeGNE4 in the permalinks?
I will confirm if the menu on mobile refreshes and appears to load correctly.
I have some other sites awaiting this theme update and wanted to figure out what was going on prior to updating them so again – thank you very much for your time and help Rikard!

Hi Yigit,
I’ve got desktop and mobile menu problems after the 4.1.2 update. It looks like a breadcrumb appeared with an old school style text menu. After reading a bunch of threads, clearing cache, reverting to previous version then reinstalling, toggling all the menu selections and refreshing on backend, trying out different menu settings burger and original, nothing has changed. Please help!!
Anxious,

Yes I’ve tried the above suggestions and everything that I know how to do except for altering or editing the php or other code. Thank you for checking it out and for your help!
StantonMarch 14, 2017 at 6:41 am in reply to: Blog Posts displays only excerpt instead of full content #760453Hi All,
I’m having some overall difficulty with the blog. I have read through some of the other threads and tried fixing this myself the best I could. After following all the recommendations I could do and trying every combination of settings for both the theme options and using the advanced layout editor to edit blog settings, I’m throwing in the towel.
What I’m trying to do is display the blog at the bottom of the homepage so that it shows the full content of each post.
Any help you can provide would be most appreciated and thank you in advance for your time!
