Hello,
Okay if i can’t fix it then removing it is the next best thing, as long as the lightbox keeps working.
Do you know the CSS to do this? I find it hard to target the overlay.Hello,
Details below. thanks
Hello,
I just tried updating Enfold, WordPress, and a bunch of plugins. Still no luck though.
Okay gotcha. I will have to figure out how to convert them.
Thanks for your help
Hello,
I uploaded it through the cpanel file manager. I can’t upload it through the wordpress dashboard because of the file upload size limit. I also have a couple dozen to upload so i didn’t want to do them one by one.
Hello,
Yes thats exactly what i am after. As far as i can tell the only difference is the link to the video.
I can’t make the video work if its stored on the website uploads folder?

hello,
that css folder doesn’t exist in my child theme.
Where did you find it?
Hello,
Thanks for your response. I had a look at the settings and the WordPress address and Site address are already using https.
I deleted a few deactivated plugins that i no longer need and it seemed to change the error. I am not sure how it could make a difference if the plugins were kept off, however the console now has the below error.
Hello,
I changed it to PHP 7.1 but it made no difference. I have attached a temporary login below.
thanks, that’s working perfectly now.
Shame it took so long to supply this as I’ve had to spend hours adding a new slider due to yours being broken.hi, I’ve not heard back from you re this support ticket – have you found a solution yet?
Looks like several other people are having the same issue.I’ve had to use a new purchased slider plugin as your one isn’t doing the trick – on pages where I have mixed categories – so have 2 different sliders which is not a good solution but is the only way I can make the website function correctly whilst waiting for you to sort out this issue.
I’ve posted in the private content the best page for you to look at to still see this problem – in draft for now as I don’t want it in the public domain.
hi, private login info added and added below.
the best page to view is http://skywatcheraustralia.com.au/dobsonians/ – I have had to add a new slider plugin to the 2 other pages as I can’t have the website sliders not working correctly.
thanks,
sarahHi Rikard,
The problem seems to have fixed itself. Not sure what happened but the page width is now 1300px like its supposed to be.
Thanks a bunch. Thanks Rikard. Login details below.
Hello,
I figured it out. Sorry it was my own fault. It turns out that i had a back to front } in the css which was causing all the following css to not work. You can close this ticket.
Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for your reply. I have created a screenshot of the page im looking at, see link in private section.
The sidebar on the right is being squished together. See how the word “password” is being pushed into the input field, and the three user names at the bottom are spread across 4 lines. I need to decrease the left margin to give the text more room.
I have tried using this code but it didn’t work, i have opened it in three browsers and its the same story with each so it can’t be a caching issue.
.inner_sidebar {
margin-left: 5px!important;
}Hello,
As i said above, i have already tried that code. It doesn’t work.
Hello, we have already tried to deactivate ALL plugins and the result is the same. After a bit more experimenting i have found that the issue is caused by the slider button. The moment i try to add a single button to one of the slides the whole thing freezes up and becomes a still image. If i remove the button the slider is still broken and the whole thing needs to be remade. I have tried remaking the entire slider with all plugins turned off, and again it works until i add a button.
What could be causing the button to break the slider?

hi, you’re not really understanding my problem here… I have 3 main problems,
1. When I click on the category breadcrumbs on a product page they take me to a category page and I am having difficulty styling the header/banner image of this category page to match with the rest of the site
2. I get a big white area above the image
3. I cannot get the glassy effect on the top navigation like the other pages.I’ve tried the plugin you’ve suggested above but it didn’t seem to solve the problem.
3 images to explain this are in Drop box.
Hello,
See below for a link to one of the problem pages. Unfortunately they are all automatically generated product category pages that show up in the breadcrumbs, so there’s no way of hiding them.
here’s a screenshot of how i found the page.

I have added the links to private and switched off the under construction plugin.
One screenshot for the category page with the standard ‘Welcome’ banner,
One screenshot for the page with a custom image (is cropped and messy looking)
One screenshot for what we want it to look like with the frosted menu over the top of the banner. Thanks for your help!
