Hello, no i don’t think there have been any changes recently other than basic pages edits. details added below.
I FOUND IT!!
turns out that Guttenberg editor was causing issues. I installed the Disable Guttenberg plugin and that got rid of all the errors. I can now use the layout builder as normal
i cant activate the layout builder, the button doesn’t work. Also, what about all that text?? that supposed to be a brand new empty page?
link to video below.
Also, when i try to edit the text box on page that you made i get the same problem. Its all white and the text box content is not whats displayed on teh ront end. Instead it says “<p>[av_section min_height=’50’ min_height_px=’500px’ padding=’default’ shadow=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border=’no-border-styling’ bottom_border_diagonal_color=’#ffffff’ bottom_border_diagonal_direction=’border-extra-diagonal-inverse’ bottom_border_style=” custom_margin=’0px’ custom_margin_sync=’true’ custom_arrow_bg=” id=” color=’main_color’ background=’bg_color’ “….. it goes on.
Also, the UI is extending off the screen, so there are some buttons i can’t click
how do i send you a screenshot? i cant do anything with the website, i can’t create a new page, new product or blog and i cant edit existing ones.
i have tried on two seperte computers, and used 2 browsers on each computer. Same problem every time
Hey,
no it seems to be a pretty widespread problem. Just go to Pages > New page and you will see what i meanI have tried turning plugins off temporarily and narrowed it down to Woocommerce being part of the problem. It is somehow conflicting with Enfold.
I tried making a whole new page but got a similar problem so its not limited to products
Also, it sthe latest versino of WordPress and Enfold.
Hey, ok this is sorted. I didn’t realise that i had to remake the footer.php AND the header.php. I was only working on the footer.
all is working now on both websites
thanks
ok below.
Also, i just noticed one of our other Enfold websites has lost its footer entirely.
It was a login without a password email using Temporary Login Without Password plugin, password should not have been necessary. I have extended it for another week.
Also, tried removing the footer.php file from my child theme, and that completely remove the footer all together. Nothing was showing at all.
hello, credentials below
forgot to mention i already tried disabling plugins, turning off the cache, and remaking the footer widget.
the first footer column should say:

It seems that that the photo size was the problem. It was based on the image that was there originally. Im still not sure why the original image was ok but the replacement image was too small.
Anyway thanks for pointing that out it works now

hey you can close it thanks, sorry for the delay
Thats perfect thanks Ismael, All i need to do now is a little CSS which i can handle.
thanks for the help, good as always..
Hi Ismael,
I added it just after the post meta is added. I have pasted the code below for your reference and changed it to get_the_ID but still no luck. I didn’t add the whole file, there is too much code.
The bit im talking about is right at the end
You can close it thanks
Perfect! Thanks Ismael, i was a bit worried about this one.
Thanks for the help
ok thank you for your help
September 27, 2021 at 2:33 am in reply to: Enfold – Fullwidth Easy Slider – Mute Video Player option #1322393Hello,
I’m having the same problem, has this bee fixed yet? Also the file you uploaded to the link is gone so i can’t even use the temporary fix.
that’s interesting thanks. So i suppose this is something i will always need to do in the future when making a new template?
thanks Ismael it looks like that fixed the error.
Also i have changed the user role to admin for you.
thanks
Hey i originally tried adding it using a custom field, but how can i then add the custom field to the postslider.php file?
i have tried:$yourname = get_post_meta($post->ID, ‘your-name’, false);
if( count( $your-name ) != 0 ) { ?>
<?php foreach($yourname as $yourname) {
echo ‘<div class=”test”>’.$yourname.'</div>’;
} ?>
<?php
} else {
// do nothing;
}But again i don’t know how to add this to the postslider.php file
It seems that we are having much larger issues now. Im not sure if its related, but whenever i try to update a page i get errors. At the moment is says
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2022
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.on the front end im getting:
Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (1) in /public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5107
even though its only a few dozen lines long.
Also, i had Disable Gutenberg plugin installed, which i have deactivated along with all the other plugins. However the page backend is still using defalt wordpress editor andnot Guttenberg. I have no idea whats going on or how to fix it
Hello,
The website is under construction so its hidden. I have made you a login below.
the problem page is supposed to be full width with a fullscreen slider on it. as you can see its being squished into a box. Its using a template called test template which is identical to the page.php file
November 2, 2020 at 4:43 am in reply to: image lightbox is no longer showing image caption or title #1257504Hello,
This particular page is made using ACF yes. However it is the same on the whole website, including the Woocommerce product pages.
I added the image title and caption to the first gallery image, see links to screenshots below.
Image one shows the the photo gallery with the caption showing below it,
image two shows the image caption in the Media section of the WordPress Dashboard.
Image three shows the actual lightbox with nothing on it. -
