I have checked the plugin which you shared, It basically copies all the wp-files and databases used in one wordpress site and helps us to move it to another one, But we ourselves have already taken the same files and databases dump from our existing site and used it here, But why are we getting only some plain texts with ENFOLD in the header and not the complete page, Also we could see lots of Error / Warning notices while previewing the theme, Could please help us fix this issue ASAP.

Okay, we will check and try this solution for the space issue currently being faced. However, what about the missing header and footer on the current site after updating the theme? You can refer to the example of the older site that we shared

In our last conversation, you suggested disabling all of our plugins and checking again. We tried this approach to identify the issue, but unfortunately, it did not help. We have only upgraded the enfold theme version, we haven’t made any changes in the child enfold theme template files. Before upgrading we had taken the backup of our site and also we had compared the files in child theme with previous backups but looks similar.

Hi Ismael,

We also have our social icons missing in the header section as you can see them in the previous comparision example which we shared earlier, But in current site after theme update we were not able see those and also we tried disabling the File compression settings and deactivated the autooptimize plugin but still the site remains the same, Is there anything else we need to do after disabling those settings, Please let us know so we can proceed accordingly and fix this issue.

Am I doing it right? I go to the link recommended above by Ismael, http://www.entypo.com/characters/. Then I use the character code under the image. For example, if I wanted to use the phone (image on very top left), then the code is U+1F4DE. I enter in “1F4DE” in the code entered into quick.css. My quick.css ends up looking like this:
