Thanks
Nice! Both issues are resolved. The code you sent for the image overlap worked great, and the mobile issue was a caching issue. Thanks for the help!
Thanks.
Regarding the line issue,
I added:
.avia-image-container.av-kxfiap0x-5bde008628666e18d31e1e51bf00782e.av-styling-.avia-align-center.avia-builder-el-13.el_after_av_hr.el_before_av_one_fifth {
z-index: 100;
}And it fixed the top image but not the bottom. If I understand correctly, you’re saying I can modify this code to apply to my specific CSS names (in my case homepage-one and homepage-two). Can you please provide an example? I had difficulty modifying the code.
regarding the mobile issue
I updated the CSS as suggested, and it did not fix the mobile issue. (However when testing from desktop and sliding my browser size to be thin to replicate mobile, it does work.)Thanks,
RyanBoom! Thanks Mike!
January 5, 2022 at 11:01 pm in reply to: "developer" tab missing in advanced layout builder #1334436I updated my theme and everything is working now, thanks!
Thanks so much Ismael, that worked!
Now how do I make the top layer cover the bottom layer? Here’s a screenshot of the issue: https://ibb.co/9YBkX00 – I’d like the pictures to cover the lines.
Edit: 1 more thing – the edit does not apply to mobile versions. How do I create the same effect on mobile? https://ibb.co/QmFVCh6
Thanks,

is this the right spot? https://ibb.co/2S7p4zS I don’t see an option for advanced or a gradient, just solid colors

Thanks for sharing that tool. I removed the password to the page, can you let me know how to apply the CSS to the button on top of my page?
Thanks,

Thanks.
Worked like a charm. I assume I just swap out that page ID to apply to the new page?

You may close this, thank you!
Thanks Nikko – link in private
Thank worked, thank you! After some troubleshooting, I figured out the font size needs to be set to “default” for it to work.
Thank you! I was able to edit one specific section of a text line using that. Now how do I edit the rest of the line? I want the whole font line to be 80px, but the maximum font size for paragraph text is 40px.
Appreciate the response. Can you explain how to “wrap your text inside mark HTML tag” please?
thanks,
RyanBoom. thanks!
May 5, 2021 at 4:39 pm in reply to: scaling color section images uniformly across different desktop resolutions #1298641Thanks Rikard – I figured it was difficult. The mobile solution that you suggest I have already implemented. This is regarding desktop resolutions (780p – 4k in resolution). As a workaround in the past, I have created large image margins in a higher resolution, so when it zooms in on smaller screens, the focal point of the image still displays.
I am wondering if there is a way to automatically snap the vertical left and vertical right points of an image regardless of the desktop resolution, so that background appears identical across.
i.e.:
I upload a 1920x1080p image background to my color section
On 4k displays, it stretches proportionately to fit (rather than displaying vertical margins)
On 720p displays, the image scales down to fit (rather than cropping the space of the image outside of the 1280x720p monitor)Thanks!
RyanThanks Nikko – that looks like an excellent solution. I ended up using the color section with a video background (instead of the advanced layer slider) since I am more familiar with that. As always, thank you for the help!

Let me know if this doesn’t work. It’s all icons on the site not just the ones in the screenshot.

You fixed it! Thank you so much for the quick reply and quick fix – I was pretty nervous! You are more than welcome to go in and delete the old theme.
Thanks again,
