Hi Ismael,
I have changed the header layout to the 4th option. However, now you will see that the Widget area is directly above the logo on the left.
I want logo and header widget on the same line, but with logo left and header widget right.
Thanks!
Deanna
Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the quick response. I was looking into that, but that document does not have the layout I am looking for: the logo to the left, the header widget to the right. Then the menu below.
I want it to resemble the layout of the old website: http://advancedtreecare.ca/
Thanks,

That worked great, thank you!

Hi Yigit,
Plugin installed, and user created: info in private content.
Hi Ismael,
I installed the plugin and swept the transient Then I deleted the widget and re-added it, but it did not work?
The widget is in the 2nd footer location. http://www.organics4orphans.org
Hi Victoria,
Unfortunately the thread does not provide me with a solution – it appears that a Kriesi Keymaster applied a fix to their server.
I provided WP and FTP access, can someone please help?
Thanks,
DeannaThanks Yigit,
I tried saving the theme options, but it didn’t change anything. Changes also affected galleries on pages as well.
FTP and WP admin logins are below. Thanks!
March 16, 2018 at 2:15 am in reply to: Instagram Widget Not Working – on ALL MY CLIENT'S WEBSITES #927835Hi Yigit,
This worked on most of them, however one site is giving me this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘av_google_maps’ not found in /home2/perfectp/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 1309
site is: http://www.aperfectpinky.com
Thanks Ismael,
That seems to work for the homepage.
However I am still having the issue on the Contact page where the 1/4 columns text is overlapping at all screen sizes: https://imgur.com/a/DynkS
Hi guys,
Your support is normally fantastic, but we’re missing the mark here. I have let you know the exact issue 3 times.
Please look at the screen shots in this link to see what I’m talking about: https://imgur.com/a/4wPmL
– 1st image: email address overlapping columns in 1/4 column layout on contact screen (all screen sizes)
– last image shows the sizing issues for the images with captions overlayed (homepage, smaller desktop/laptop sizes only)The formatting of the elements below looks bad between mobile size and desktop size. So people with smaller screens see these issues. My client is using a screen size of 1366 x 768. Is there a way to make the transition to @mobile happen at a larger screen size?
Please help.
Hi Victoria,
I was not looking to change the testimonial slider on the homepage.
The issue is with the two images with caption overlays below the testimonial slider – please see the link to screen shots that I attached to the last reply.

Hi Rikard,
Please see link for images. The contact page – their email addresses overlap columns in any size screen.
The issue happens between desktop and mobile formatting. If you shrink your browser screen, you’ll see the issue happening right before it switches to the mobile/tablet size layout.
Images on the homepage with captions – text overlaps right before it changes to mobile version. Can we make it go to a tablet layout for larger screens?

February 13, 2018 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Social Profiles extending past page edge (boxed layout) #911788Hi Rikard,
I tried that too, cleared cache but it does not work. The issue is when the browser is between desktop and tablet sizes.
I will leave that so you can see.

Thanks for quick response. Unfortunately removing it made it worse: https://imgur.com/a/KpFeP
I’ve just put it back in now.

Hi Mike,
It looks like everything is working! Could you please remove the old enfold-test theme & child – that would be much appreciated!
And thank you for alerting me about the backups. I will check that after you’re done.
Thank you so so much for your help, I truly appreciate it!

Hi Everyone,
I had the same issue after installing the Google Chrome extension for Ad Blocker – only on my website that has video short codes in the sidebar.
Issue happened with Ad Blocker enabled, then when I disabled it for that page, the diagonal lines went away.I can’t help further than that, but thought you would want to know.

Hi Mike,
I just noticed my widgets are gone… Will these be restored? Or should I manually re-configure them?
Hi Mike,
Thank you! Yes, the page builder is back!
I have added the .zip file to my Dropbox (link in private content). Is this what you needed?
Hi Ismael,
I keep doing that and yes all the files are in the folder. As well as the builder icons, all icons are not displaying on my homepage. This is an issue as customers can see this.
Someone from Kriesi Support did resolve this last time by installing Enfold-Child-Test through FTP. I’m not sure what they did but I know this can be resolved.
Please help :)
Hi,
Please see credentials in private content.
Yes, I have successfully removed the “onion layers” of theme folders within the enfold-test folder. However I did just recently add a new “enfold” folder to see if it would work.
You’ll notice that the new “enfold” theme shows the theme images (in Apprearance –> Themes).
The “enfold-test” theme just comes up as blank (in Appearance –> Themes).
Your help is appreciated!
Hi sorry for jumping the gun, but this has caused another issue.
So the issue of the theme being updated has been resolved. However now I have lost all Enfold Advanced theme builder images. Please see links in private content.
This was the original issue and why a Kriesi support tech created the enfold-test installation.
It is even customer-facing on my home page. The scrolling arrows for sliders are missing, and the icons for icon boxes are missing.
Please help as this is

Hi Mike,
Thanks for the instructions – got it all fixed!
Deanna
Here is a link for the back-end. I know it’s not updated because it still shows the old interface design.
Hi Mike,
I have followed your recommendation to create a clone/backup using Duplicator. I then removed the extra installation of enfold.
When I check for theme updates, it still says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.6.1)”.
I tried uploaded the newest enfold version via FTP (following this video: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/ But it is still not updating.
I have attached my FTP login credentials below.
It looks like an issue with there being multiple “enfold” folders inside the “enfold-test” folder.
I know they need to be removed, but I appreciate help in determining how and which ones to remove.Thanks!

October 14, 2017 at 7:27 pm in reply to: Advanced Styling font not changing on website (still using Arial) #864320Hi Rikard,
This is now the correct url:
@font-face {
font-family: ‘poiret-oneregular’;
url(http://sandraremme.com/wp-content/themes/enfold/fonts/poiretone-regular-webfont.woff) format(‘woff’);
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}I want this font to apply to all paragraph text. Example: http://www.sandraremme.com/about – I want everything except the heading to be in the new Poiret One font.
I’ve tried these, but nothing works:
.avia_textblock.av_inherit_color {
font-family: ‘poiret-oneregular’;
}p {
font-family: ‘poiret-oneregular’;
}Even tried making a custom class:
.special {
font-family: ‘poiret-oneregular’;
}And adding this to text:
<span class=”special”> text </span>- This reply was modified 7 years, 1 month ago by rosewoodva.
October 13, 2017 at 2:43 am in reply to: Advanced Styling font not changing on website (still using Arial) #863711Hi,
I have read through a ton of Enfold resources as well as @fontface resources, to no avail.
I have uploaded the font files to Enfold –> fonts
I currently have this in custom CSS:

font-family: ‘poiret-oneregular’!important;
}@font-face {
font-family: ‘poiret_oneregular’;
src: url(http://sandraremme.com/enfold/fonts/poiretone-regular-webfont.woff2) format(‘woff2’),
url(http://sandraremme.com/enfold/fonts/poiretone-regular-webfont.woff) format(‘woff’);
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}I’m stuck, please help!

I uploaded the webkit to Enfold –> CSS. But I am using a child theme. Do I need to upload to enfold-child —> CSS?@font-face {
