    the localization didn’t work.

    I had to upload the de_DE package and place it into the language folder.

    Then I could change the site language to Deutsch.

    Now it works.

    Besides: I don’t find your support page well done.
    – no good overview
    – search is confusing
    – account is complicated

    In one word: it’s not intuitive…sorry, there’s potential for improvements here.

    Hi Elliott

    Unfortunately this is none of a help.

    I found out I have to download and install the language package de_DE, but inserting it into the language location on the FTP-server doesn’t help…

    Do you have another advice?

    You can directly accesss my data and fix it. Can I send you my access data: URL, username, password somewhere per mail?

    I am not a coding-pro, so where please do I find this file?

    I had a look in the dashboard (appearence > editor) but can’t find the file you indicate. Could you give me some more instructions, how to implement your change?

    Hi, I have the same problem. Have a look here:

    In Chrome there’s Chinese Icons. Strangely in Safari on Mac and on the Chrome browser on my phone it works.

    Tried to find the web.config file in the wordpress editor but can’t find it.

    Could you help please? Would like to go online these week and inform customers.
