Good to go, thank you!
These steps worked for me. I found that the Autoptimize plugin was my issue.
My fault – it was not set to Stretch. I’m good to go now. Appreciate the help!
It is a Color Section background and it is set to Stretch To Fit. The image does not scale down properly.
I had to shrink the image down manually so that it wouldn’t be cut off. Again, to me, the theme is not doing its job.
Works beautifully! Thank you!
I’m good with the mobile device issue, thanks.
#1 is still an issue however…
The image looks great on my 27″ screen, but is cut off on my 13.3″ Mac. How can a person ensure this image will look good across screens 13.3″ and above? To me, the software (theme) must do that for you. No?
Sorry, I had a deadline and had to scratch that idea. If you could let me know how it’s supposed to work, that’s enough for me. Otherwise, I can create some dummy screenshots that illustrate what it was doing. Thanks!
Hello. This is happening for me as well. It happens in Chrome, Edge and IE, but not FF.
Something is def going on. The last time I saw something like this, a vendor was concentrating efforts on a new release they were working on in the background, while sacrificing support responsiveness. It didn’t work out well for them from what I understand.
If you look a the changelog, this is right around the time a MAJOR update should be hitting.
From my understanding, the new update to Enfold is ready to go…with the exception of the new Demos. Why would you not make the theme (and Layerslider) more stable right away and release the demos as they’re finished? If you agree, please help voice that.
@yigit – I did what you asked, but no responses. I will create individual tickets. Feel free close this one.
And this via GTMetrix…
The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.
Hello? Another thread I opened was answered before this one. What order are we doing these in?
I had to launch this site this morning. In order to do so, I just changed the size of the background image to get me by. I really need to be able to have the image at the original size and still look good between different size monitors. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I shouldn’t have to adjust the image size manually.
As it is now, this section looks “acceptable” but not “optimal”.

/* Changes the font size of the $ and commas in animated numbers*/
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.avia-no-number {
font-size: 26px !important;

February 29, 2016 at 4:08 pm in reply to: Animated Numbers – Adjust the size of the "No Number" (e.g. $, %) on mobile #590863No prob. Please look at this image. When you hit iPad Portrait mode, the $ for example, does not scale with the numbers. I want these to scale from iPad Portrait and smaller.
Hello. I could put a list together here soon. Today, I faced an issue with inserting images. The button to insert an image into a post was grayed out. I found out I could only insert 1 image at a time. For sake of time (launching on Monday), I just moved on.
Currently, for a Color Section, I have a background image set to Scroll > Center/Right. Here are the issues:
1. When I reach this particular section while scrolling down the page, the background image drops out from the very top of the section and continues to scroll until it hits the next section. I would expect the image to appear Center/Right based on the height of the content within the section, rather than drop from above. Maybe that’s just the way this is supposed to work.?
2. When you scroll up, the background image disappears behind the upper section. I would expect it to stay Center/Right based on the height of the content within the section, rather than disappear under the section above. Maybe that’s just the way this is supposed to work.?Same Color Section – Other issue:
1. Section is using Huge Padding. There is huge padding at the top. There is 0 padding at the bottom.
Bonus issue: Accordions – is there a way to set them ALL to open initially?
Happy to give you admin access (as I always do), but I want to make sure we are not overlapping. I’m under a deadline.
Thank you,
RyanHello. If it’s going to be a significant amount of time before the entire package (theme updates and new/updated demos), I petition that the demos be released at a later time – as they become available. As time goes by, I’m noticing more and more issues with the Enfold theme and things are starting to get a little stale.
This is an interesting topic. Here are my thoughts.
Customer Thoughts: I’m in the same boat as you. However, even as a IT consultant and Microsoft Partner, I have never seen a Windows Phone being used in day-to-day scenarios. To me, you take a risk when you purchase items that make up only 25% of only of a specific market. Hell, even if Windows Phone had 25% of the World Market, that is still a risk. Everyone knows that it’s iPhone or Android these days. I’ve hitched my wagon to Microsoft my entire career…but would not use a Windows Phone if it was given to me as a gift. Regardless, I agree that the Enfold theme should clearly disclose issues of this caliber on Sales materials. All theme vendors should. It would go a long way if Enfold would just be transparent. Enfold support is amazing, but falls short on this particular topic. The evidence of that has been shown in the various threads related to this topic over the years. 1.) On Sales materials, state that Windows Phone (default browser) is not supported with Enfold 2.) In support forum, state something to similar to “Enfold does not support fully-support (list what items are not supported) for the Windows Phone (default browser) at this time. There are/are no/ plans to support this in the future.”
Vendor Thoughts: Disclaimer: I’m not a theme dev, just an IT professional that uses Enfold heavily. Windows Phone is in a big flux right now. Meaning, the platform is trying to phase out IE and bring in Edge. I would think this would cause theme vendors to press pause on any development/support for the current state of the Windows Phones. However, if theme developers could get their hands on a Microsoft Edge/Windows Phone environment, they could be coding and testing to stay ahead of the curve. I don’t even know if this is possible, but it’s a thought. Maybe there is an online sandbox where DEVS can test their code against Microsoft Edge.? If, as a DEV, you need to get your hands on the physical device…that’s a downfall in this day in age.
As a side note, it looks like there is still a fight to get Chrome available on Windows Phones.
Totally forgot about that plugin. Worked like a charm! Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

February 8, 2016 at 4:12 pm in reply to: Latest WordPress release has broken Headline Rotator styling #579734After further inspection, this is more widespread. For example, on this page, the heading at the top should also have some text wrapped with . All of the text looks the same, rather than just some being bolded.
Another example, is this website/page. All of the headings on this page appear to be 100% bolded, when they shouldn’t be.
February 8, 2016 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Latest WordPress release has broken Headline Rotator styling #579716Hello. Yes, all of the styling has been removed from EVERY Enfold site I have Headline Rotator implemented. How I first noticed this, is that some of the text should have the element applied. All text looks the same, with no styling.
Thank you.
February 5, 2016 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Latest WordPress release has broken Headline Rotator styling #578663I worked with host to drop all the way down to WP 4.3.3, but the issue persists. Have no idea what else to try. I’ve messed with caches, plugin activation/deactivation, etc. Nothing has changed on these sites, except for the WP releases.
Solved. I had to disable and re-enable XML Sitemap within Yoast SEO. Thank you.
Feel free to close. Gave up.
Feel free to close this ticket. Fixed myself.
